This new apartment is located on a select low rise development (ground & 1st floor only) of just 11 apartments. The large communal pool is surrounded by a garden laid to lawn and shrubs. Walking distance to the beaches, supermarket and restaurants. Accommodation: Lounge / dining room with digital satellite TV with BBC, ITV & free to air channels with patio doors to balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room and patio windows to private balcony. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio window to large sun terrace with brick built BBQ with a sink, 4 sun loungers and dining table & chairs. Twin bedroom. Bathroom. The long sandy beaches of Galé are within easy walking distance (700 metres) with excellent beach bars and watersports. There is a good supermarket just 200 metres away and one of the best fresh fish restaurants in the area is just on the other side of the road! Albufeira town is 6km away, around 10 minutes drive (there is also a bus service to Albufeira town; last bus is around 6pm). The old town of Albufeira is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for all seasons except peak season. Changeover day in main season is Saturday. For other days please request. Clients must vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. The booking is confirmed when we receive the booking form together with a 25% deposit. Final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
    Payment can be made by cheque, Bank transfer, Credit card (surcharge of 2%) and debit Cards ( free )
