This beautiful apartment provides all the convenience and relaxation of a self-catering holiday, with quality furniture & fittings and sleeps 4. The apartment consists of one bedroom with twin beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, iron & ironing board, a fully tiled shower room with step in shower and bidet; tastefully decorated lounge with sofa bed, TV/DVD player with selection of DVD's, dining area, large balcony with table & 4 chairs. The apt is situated in a fabulous location, in the Oura Beach area of Albufeira on the famous 'strip' with all the shops, restaurants, bars & nightclubs right on your door step. The beautiful Oura Beach is just a short walk away. Airport transfers can be arranged for 60 euro return.

Great location and is the centre of tourist activity in the Algarve. This location has something for everyone, all will find plenty to do here. Whether it's golf, exploring, swimming, walking, shopping, clubbing or soaking up the sun on the beach. The picturesque old town of Albufeira, with its new harbour is only 4 kilometres to the west. The tourist train passes very regularly throughout the day and night and you can get on and off at various stops on its way to and from the old town'. Zoo Marine dolphin park and the fantastic 'Aqualand' and 'Splash and Slide' waterslide park are approx a 15min drive away. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk and the fabulous Algarve Shopping hypermarket, that also boasts a cinema, bowling, and is great for shopping is only a 10 min drive away. A car is not necessary if you prefer not to drive on holiday, but Albuferia is the centre of the Algarve, so if you have a car, it makes an ideal base for exploration.

  • Arrival day and departure day is flexible (but does not include Sundays). On the day of arrival the apt may not be ready until 3.00pm and your day of departure you must vacate the property by 10.00am. The prices in the table above are for up to four people. A security deposit of £100.00 will be held until after completion of holiday. A deposit of 20% confirms a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of arrival. During the winter months electricity will be charged separately and paid for locally depending on consumption.

The apartment was great, well furnished and exellent value for money! It's situated right on the strip - perfect for eating out! The night life was fairly quiet but at the time we went it was the end of the season. The slide and splash water park is really easy to get to and good value at 20 Euros for entry and return travel. The tourist train also means that it isn't necessary to have a car although I would recommend it as we felt that without the hot weather there wasn't much to and places to explore. The pool at Hotel Aldeia was clean and really quiet during the day meaning that you could relax or have a swim!
Owner's Response: Thanks for a great review, but I would just like to add that if you really don't want to hire a car there is a bus depot in Albuferia old town with bus routes to all the main resorts/hot spots in the Algarve.

The apartment is very clean and spacious and is in an excellent location for the beach, which is a 5 minute walk, restaurants and bars (although no noise can be heard at night once inside).

The use of the pool in a hotel located opposite the apartment is ideal if you do not want to tackle the hill leading to the beach.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and a short taxi ride away is the harbour which provides even more entertainment.

I would definately return to this accomodation, it is excellent for friends to get away. The only thing is that there is no safety deposit box.

I stayed in this apartment last May. The owner was very helpful when booking the holiday. Appartment was clean and well maintained. I went with my friends for a girls getaway and the location for us was perfect! Its right on the strip and was near to all our favourite spots for dancing and abit of kareoke! The beach was a short walk away however there is a large hill (cardiac hilll) to climb back up after relaxing on it. The old town is a short trolley ride away for more of a family area.

I stayed at this apartment in January, great to get away from british weather.It was as acrute as the owner described, clean and well-maintained. The local people were nice and friendly. If you like a little flutter on the horses go to the nags head pub, and no standing outside for a smoke. The garage pub if you like a boogie. The Hotel Aldeia across the road to relax and soothe ones hangover.My husband and i cant wait to go back, so booked again this apartment in july.

Lovely bright clean apt in a fantastic location

My husband and I visited this apt last March for a long weekend. We had a great time, the weather was great although chilly at night. The apt couldn't be better located for everything you need; it was close to all the bars, restaurants and clubs, shops etc and only a few minutes stroll down to the beach, but quite a steep hill, which can be tough on the way back. Tom and Jerry's is a cheap and friendly English restaurant and do a fantastic full English and a lovely Sunday dinner. For something more authentically Portugese try Donaldo's. La Bamba's fun fub stays open late, and serves Happy Hour until 10.00pm. If you head off of the main strip you will find bars & restaurants still lively but even cheaper. Would recommend this apt as its very clean, with everything you might need for a great holiday.
