  • Rental of the apartment is based on a weekly basis based on low to high season and ranging from 275 to 900 EUR. Change-over days are flexible. Long-term rentals are welcome so please inquire for price. To secure your booking, 50% of the rental is requested. The remaining 50% plus an additional 100 EUR security deposit will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded back to you once keys are returned and the property is in good condition. Payment is accepted in either GBP or EUR.
