Pleasent apartment in a new complex only 600 meters from the beach and totally equipped for a fantastic summer holiday . This apartment is very well located with all the bars and restaurants you could desire, being only a few minutes walk away. The beautiful beach of the resort is only a few minutes walking from the property, and the centre of Albufeira a 5 minute drive away. Perfect for 2 couples as each bedroom as its on fully fitted en-suite bathroom. Ground floor apartment, direct access to the double swiming pool.

This is a place of a great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at night enjoy the restaurants, bars and discos that enliven the night-time. The apartment its only 600 m to the beach, 200 m to supermarket, bank, chemist and several typical restaurants and bars. Activities: 6 km from a golf resort ,a horse riding center or a sports harbour, 3 km from a diving center. Just in front of a medical center, ticket shop and ATM.

Notes: This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property is top of the range and is located on two floors , with the entrance hall , lounge and fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor with large balcony leading out to the large outside pool - which also has a childrens section. On the first floor there are 2 very good sized bedrooms with each having its own private en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms again has a large varanda overlooking the pool and garden areas. Also on the back balcony there is a private bbq .
