This small complex comprising of 32 one bedroom apartments with large swimming pool and secured gardens, is situated in an excellent location in a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes walk from the Montechoro 'Strip' and the lovely Oura beach. There is a supermarket, taxi rank and a fabulous selection of bars and restaurants all within a few hundred meters. The tourist train also passes close by and you can get on and off at various stops between the old town and the new town. Nearest golf is only 1.5 km away. comprising: one twin bedroom, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, large living / dining area and sun terrace. The apartment is situated on the ground floor which gives it the added bonus of a private 50ft x 15ft garden and built in barbecue.

Recently returned from a fantastic week in the apartment. Ideal location for the beach and the strip, but would also recommend a visit to the old town, which is also within walking distance. However if you didn't want to walk the road train is available. We took a half day trip to Sagres, which we would recommend. Hoping to return next year.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. Apartment was very well located and very close to bars and supermarkets and a short walking distance from the beach. The apartment itself is very spacious and even in very hot temperatures remained very cool inside - we didn't even have to use the fans! The garden with the sunbeds and patio furniture was also appreciated. Would recommend Albufeira and the old town is also worth a visit on the road train which runs every 20 minutes. For airport transfers would recommend Resorthoppa which was far cheaper than using taxis. Ensure though that you use the Tropical Sol hotel as the landmark as this is the next building to the apartment block and so would be easy to find even if arriving in the dark. Would definitely recommend to others and may return in the future.

Returned for a second time to this apartment and once again had a great holiday. the apartment was clean, great pool area, sun all day in the lovely garden c/w bbq, and of course its all down to location. the apartment is 2 minutes walk from "the strip" yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for all ages and abilities. Excellent service from Cheryl and the cleaning staff. Will be returning again next year. Many thanks Jeff and Lin.

Lovely large cool apartment.

We are a married couple in our late forties ( thats me! ) and early fifties who love a good evening out.We rented this apartment in June 2008.Most fabulous weather. We wanted a quiet area to live but near the lively night lfe so we could walk everywhere. And did we get it all ? Indeed we did. The 'Strip' is a few minutes walk away but cannot be heard from apartment.The tourist train runs really regularly until 3.20 am to the Old Town. Definately worth doing.We returned on the 1.40 am train one night! After 1.00am it goes every 40 mins unlike all day where its 20 mins.
This apartment is very clean, cool , large and very comfortable.The terrace and garden are such a bonus.We looked at the pool which was fine but did our swimming at the beach.We opted not for Praia D'Oura beach our nearest which was absolutely lovely but next one along St. Eulalia.We did have a car which made life very easy.But you don't need one.We like to travel about to local towns etc. Silves, Villamoura, Carvoeira,etc. All lovely. Roads are great.Even motorways are not busy.
Would definately stay here again.The owners are very helpful and efficient.

we went in october lovely apartment added bonus of the bbq. very quiet tho as everywhere was closing as the season was ending but we could'nt fault the weather, not to sure about the pool tho as a few of us got rashes and one turned into a nasty type of burn.. but that wasnt the apartments fault.. and will be booking again for next year
