Villa Victoria, with private pool, is set in lawned gardens, in a peaceful residential area of Praia da Oura (OURA BEACH) / Areias de Sao Joao, approx. 3 km from the old town Albufeira and a 5 minute walk to the famous 'STRIP', where you will find a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. The Oura beach, with its water sports attractions, beachfront restaurants and bars, is approx. a 10 minutes stroll away. The Studio apartment has its own terrace & offers a spacious lounge with living / dining & sleeping area (twin beds), sofa bed, TV, fan, safe. Bath/WC. Kitchenette with 2 electric rings, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. A 3rd person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (check supplements).

ALBUFEIRA, once a little fishing village, still retains much of its charm with many pretty cobbled streets leading to the town square and the fisherman's beach. These narrow lanes offer a wide selection of good restaurants and bars, while the main square comes alive at night with the live bands providing entertainment in high season. The new area of Albufeira, where Villa Victoria is located, consists of PRAIA DA OURA beach, AREIAS DE SAO JOAO and MONTECHORO and provides a lively atmosphere with the famous 'STRIP' running through the centre. The transport links to the old town are excellent with frequent bus services or the tourist train running from the 'Strip'. You can also walk to the old town via the beach and a cliff top walk, with some stunning views of both Albufeira and further down the coast towards Vilamoura. Algarve Shopping with food store, many restaurants, bowling & cinemas is only 15 minutes by car as is Zoomarine, water parks and golf.

The Algarve : region is renowned for its mild and sunny climate, its 100 miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sports facilities. The tourist season extends from March to October and it really only quiets down in the dead of Winter. Even the, there are many days when its warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and and enjoy the balmy weather. There are many leisure activities and excursions which can be booked locally. These include scuba-diving, fishing, boat trips, water fun parks, jeep safaris, Zoomarine, etc.

Airport Transfer: can be arranged. The cost (one way) is approximately 25 Euros for up to 4 people and 45 Euros from 5 to 8 people.

Golf Information: There are currently 25 golf courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from the Villa, some only 15 minutes.

Me and My Husband stayed at Villa Victoria for a week. Weather was fab, hot in the day and cooler on the night - ideal for me who likes to sleep without being hot & sticky.

Villa Victoria had very competitive prices and was most helpful upon booking and making arrangements.

Ideal location, just off the strip for bars, shops and restaurants with only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Apartment/Studio very comfortable and clean with superb pool.

We would definitely stay here again.

The owner of Villa Victoria is lovely - welcoming, helpful and very warm. The accomodation was basic, clean and tidy and in an excellent location. The garden is enclosed and safe for those with children and has a nice pool. Only 2 mins from the main strip restaurants and bars and a 10min walk to the beach. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.
