This bright and modern 3 bedroom apartment has impressive sea views, overlooking the new marina and the countryside. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are bright and have lots of storage space, Patio doors lead to the balcony where you can watch the sun going down while enjoying a few drinks. The large spacious lounge has satellite TV with a selection of DVD`s. We have shared, well established gated gardens and a separate gated pool area. We supply a free welcome pack of wine, tea, coffee, milk, cheese etc. The apartment nestles in Pateo, a suburb of Albufeira, away from the hustle & bustle of the lively town yet within walking distance of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the famous Fishermans Beach.

Pateo, a suburb of Albufeira just 15min walk down the hill to the fabulous fisherman's beach. Albufeira has distinctive moorish characteristics with a blend of old and new working together, a lively town with a great choice of quality restaurants + bars. As you walk down to the main square you pass a great variety of restaurants to dine and enjoy a glass of wine or have a beer. Only a short drive for excellent golf and great waterparks, at the Zoo Marine you can arrange for you or the kids to swim with dolphins.
