It benefits from 2 bathrooms (master en-suite), fully equipped modern kitchen with table & chairs, formal dining table in lounge, TV, futon & folding bed which can sleep 2. Remote control garage door to allocated space & video door entry system controls main door. The apartment is located 2min walk from the main resort, spectacular beach and marina where there are many top quality restaurants & bars. It will appeal to couples, families or golf parties in view of its close proximity to all amenities. Situated within a block of 16 apartments sharing a communal outdoor pool & terrace. Sun loungers & chairs for poolside are provided within large private store room adjacent to allocated parking space in underground garage which is ideal for storing large items i.e. prams, golf clubs etc.

  • The apartment is available from 2.00pm or by prior arrangements & must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the last day. A weekly maid service is available on request for an extra cost of £30.00. Please confirm when booking.
    A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation & the final balance is due six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. A 'Security Deposit' of £150 is required to cover any damages or breakages. This is returned within 72hrs following the last day of your holiday.
