T1 90m2, excellent terrace with private solarium and barbecue, view to the marina and the gardens/pool, 1 bedroom with twin beds and the Couch converts to a Bed with a Drawer Bed on Wheels underneath the Couch. Private shops, restaurants within the Marina, Beach only at 75 mt from apartment, swimming pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment. Praia Da Rocha streets and shops, bars located 700 metres from this private secured complex. Towels and bed linen provided. Regular maid service (cleaning and change linens every week and change towels every half week's).
