2 Bedroom Ground Floor Apartment with private garden in the exclusive Encosta do lago development in Quinta do Lago. The Encosta do Lago development resides close to the Ria Formosa nature reserve which has an abundance of bird life and nature trails. With only 15 minutes walk to the beach the complex has its own tennis court and swimming pool area with restaurant and gym. The apartment benefits from being only a short walk from the lake in Quinta do lago, which has restaurant and water sport facilities. Two golf courses are nearby. The apartment has 1 Master Bedroom with Queen size bed and En suite . The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds and En suite . The kitchen has a large hatch through to the lounge and is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Microwave. The lounge area has Fireplace, Dining Table & 6 chairs, 3 Seater Settee with 2 Arm Chairs, Cable TV and CD Player. The outside patio/garden area has Patio Table and 6 chairs. Lounge and bedrooms have air conditioning.
