Beautiful brand new apartment, very close (30 yds) to the beach in the as yet unspoilt fishing village of Salema. The apartment was built to a high specification which includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin 1 kingsize, bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with Sky TV, balcony overlooking pool area & limited sea view, courtyard with BBQ & secure underground parking( which is very useful during high season.) 2 mountain bikes for your use. The village of Salema has several excellent restaurants and bars and for more nightlife, Lagos is just a 15 minute taxi ride (approx 15 euros).There are superb coastal walks. The area is also a national park. Park de Florista is a top quality golf complex with an amazing course, restaurant & sports facilities, just a 5 minute drive away. Salema is still a working fishing village, unspoilt by development. Come and chill out, relax & enjoy life as it should be in a jewel of a place on the western coast of the Algarve. Salema is a beautiful fishing village on the western side of the Algarve. Set in a national conservation area with a gentle sloping fine golden sanded beach Salema is an idea holiday location. Still unspoilt with friendly locals, excellent restaurants and bars, and yet a short taxi or car ride to Lagos for a more hectic nightlife. The golfing village of Park de Florista (a 3 minute car drive) has a breath taking superb quality course that will satisfy all golfing enthusiasts. For surfing dudes the west coast of Portugal is within easy reach. Walkers can also enjoy many coastal paths. Salema, the perfect place to chill out and relax.

It has a short game practice area golf academy, plus three putting greens. Enquire about their special rates at the Pro Shop. The clubhouse has an international restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th hole. It also has a health, fittness and beauty spa and tennis courts.

I've visited the Algarve on many occasions, tending to stay in the larger hotels at the more touristy resorts, so to find this place was perfect. With having a four year old daughter I found that having the very safe family friendly beach basically at your front door was a big plus. Great restaurants and bars, most on beach side looking out onto sea was very enjoyable and relaxing. Accommodation very smart and modern and location second to none. A great holiday, would recommend a car, great beaches and coastline to explore.

This beautiful little place is truly close to the ocean. One literally walked out and turned the corner and voila, there was the beach. It was great having underground parking and 'very interesting' getting into and out of the complex. The little grocery store was fun and the bread in the bakery was terrific. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone, but the stairs would make it a barrier to those with mobility issues. We were there in Sept and had a delightful breeze through the apartment, I would assume it would be the same in the summer.
