Notes to the rental rates

• Notes to the rental rates
  Rates are per week. Children's cots are available at £10 per week for the first week, and £5 per week for subsequent weeks. A breakage deposit of £150 will be paid prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded on return assuming no damages beyond normal wear and tear. A 50% deposit must be paid when making a reservation; the balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in Sterling (UK Pounds) is preferred. If you pay in another currency, you will be charged you the bank fees incurred and any differences in the amount you send and the amount received from the bank due to exchange rate differentials. If you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be refundable only if the apartment can be rented again for the same period. Sheets can be changed mid week at your request and agreed fee deducted from deposit.
