This new spacious apartment is located within a small secure complex within a very quiet cul de sac surrounded by luxury villas and wooded areas. There is an outdoor swimming pool for use by residents of the apartments. Air-conditioning/heating and wood burning fire. The lounge/dining room is equipped with a dining table and four chairs, sofa, armchair, TV and music system. Off the lounge is a sun terrace which overlooks the gardens and pool. The sun terrace has a table, four chairs and two sun lounger’s. The main bedroom which is en suite has a large double bed, dressing table and ample wardrobe space. It is a bright spacious room which leads to a second sun terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, is also very spacious with lots of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a separate shower and WC. Kitchen is modern with gas and electric cooker and is fully equipped with appliances.
