The Viamar Apartments are ideally located in the heart of Vilamoura, just a short walk from the Marina and Falésia beach. The nearest shops to the apartments are situated just across the way (newsagent, bars, snack bars, internet cafe, restaurants and a mini market). There are some supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bank and the cinema precinct within a 5 minute walk. The green bowling an the Vilamoura tennis centre are also close by. This spacious,beautifully decorated ground floor apartment sleeps 5 people. The accommodation comprises of spacious entrance hall, fully fitted well equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom with patio doors opening onto a balcony, a shower room and a spacious lounge/dining room with TV and DVD and patio doors opening onto the balcony with a BBQ. Bicycles can be hired locally

The Paraiso do Golfe apartments are surrounded by the Millenium and the Laguna Golf courses, approx. 5 minutes drive to the Marina and beaches, car hire is essential when staying at this complex. Famous for its golf courses, beautiful sandy golden beaches, Marina, water sports and after dark night life, the Vilamoura resort has something for everybody, whether looking for a peaceful holiday soaking up the sun or something more active. The nearest water Park, the Aquashow, which has a huge wave pool, many slides and the biggest water roller coaster in Europe despite other attractions, is opened all year round and is ideal for a family outing or try the go-karting also close by. For those who wish to go shopping, Albufeira, Loulé and Faro are just 15 minutes away.

Golf: Vilamoura is a first class golfing destination, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity. The Old Course was Vilamoura’s first, opened in 1969. It enjoys gentle, sloping hills with tree-lined fairways. This course hosted the Portuguese Open in 1970 and 1979. Pinhal winds through umbrella pines. It’s not as difficult as the Old Course and is more forgiving for the average golfer. On the Laguna course, water hazards come into pay on more than half the holes, so bring plenty of golf balls! It is a real test of golfing accuracy. The Millennium Course, opened in 2000, is destined to become one of the most attractive and interesting courses in Portugal. Finally, the brand new Victoria Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, was opened in September 2004. It hosted the Algarve World Cup in November 2005. This is destined to become one of the best and most sophisticated courses in Europe. There are numerous other courses nearby, including Vila Sol, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Balaia. There are 29 courses with in a 50 minutes drive of us, with the bulk of them situated with in 30 minutes. If you love your golf you will love Vilamoura
