This is a new development built and furnished to a very high standard. It is situated in a very nice area in Vilamoura known as 'The Old Village'. The property is located beside Pinhal golf course and The Four Seasons, which is very popular with golfers and families alike. Within 'The Old Village' there are some very nice restaurants, snack/bars, supermarket and a very cosy local pub/bar with evening entertainment, most major sports on TV and internet access. It is very close to Europe’s largest Marina with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages!! The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, twin bedroom, living room with dining area & double sofa bed. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the private pool and a staircase leading to a roof garden with lovely views, complete with sun lounger’s, table & chairs & a gas Barbeque.

Nearest Ferry: Faro at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Loule at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A22 at 8 Kilometres

It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Marina with it's beautiful yachts, restaurants and shops. You will also find the nearby blue flag Falesia beach. There are various water parks and the renowned Zoomarine where you can swim with the dolphins. There are five 18hole championship courses in Vilamoura. In 'The Old Village' there is a wonderful Michelin star restaurant known as 'Willies' which we would HIGHLY recommend for that special occasion. Eating out- ALL tastes (& pockets) are catered for. Likewise, Nightlife accommodates all tastes and ages. Locally there is a top rate fitness centre which can be used on a daily rate! And for anybody into the 'MARKET' scene there is a really good one in the nearby town of Quarteira on Wednesday mornings. A visit to the nearby town of Loule is a must, even if only to ramble the narrow cobbled shopping streets. And for the shoppers, there is ALGARVE SHOPPING, 15KLMS, Portugal’s largest shopping centre, well worth a visit!

Just returned from our 4th visit to this lovely apartment in the Old Village Prestige, Vilamoura. It is ideally situated in a lovely complex of apartments/townhouses overlooking the swimming pool, and is only about a 20 minute walk to the marina where excellent bars, restaurants and shops can be found (particularly recommend The Fishermans Shack - underneath the Olympus hotel - superb food!). There are also a couple of bars/restaurants in the Old Village which are very good, and the mini market is very handy.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is extremely clean and well looked after. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and a roof top terrace complete with sunbeds, table and chairs and our favourite feature the barbecue. We have had many barbecues up there with fish from Quarteria market (excellent value) and the odd glass of vino and watching the sunset is amazing.
We usually visit Vilamoura late in the season and this years weather was better than ever!
We highly recommend this apartment and we shall definitely be returning next year.

Returned unfortunately from Portugal and had an absolutely brilliant time, only thing was it went too quick!!!! Many thanks - your holiday apartment was excellent, very tastefully decorated, everything from utensils, electrical, wardrobe storage and I could go on and on, was there. A true home from home at great value. All ran very smoothly and I can't wait to go back again and will certainly be looking to use your beautiful holiday home again. Again many thanks for all your help, directions and recommendations etc. A great time had by all - 2 relaxed, chilled out parents and two happy kids. Bryna ( the 11 year old) got to swim with the dolphins at zoo marine and had a memorable time there. We visited aqua show and again highly recommended. The food was lovely - just ate too much! Unfortunately Ronaldo was in Kildare when we were in Portugal but you can't have it all!

The apartment is everything we needed the description does not do it justice. It has all you want for a great holiday, clean, spacious, tidy and a full kitchen (hardly used except for the fridge).
The balcony and roof terrace are both really nice to sit on with plenty of space and the pool looked good but the weather was a bit too cool.
I would recommend this property to a friend but stress to them its outstanding for a family with young children or for a couple, and mention the bar nautico 2 as they can arrange for a meal out or takeaways if you want. The Zanzibar does nice food but upstairs is a bit pricey and is 100 yards away
Just did taxi to and from the airport (just ask for Four Seasons its on the right as you get there). Apparently nautico 2 can do this on their website.
Bit disappointed with Villamoura as its really only the marina or golf courses. Liked that you dont need to drive as the buses are clean and fairly accurate to the timetables.
Would not go as early as this again as the weather is a bit haphazard everyone said it had been cracking the flags the week before, but was a bit chilly when we went.
This was the only fault all holiday
