Beautifully decorated, this spacious two bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet area, near the centre of Vilamoura and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The Cinema precinct, the Marina and the beach are also within leisurely walking distance and it takes approximately 10 minutes gentle walk. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, modern, closed condominium and it comprises of the entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.; the lounge/dining room with seating for six people, TV, stereo and VHS video, with patio doors opening onto the westerly facing terrace with a portable BBQ, patio furniture and overlooking the swimming pool and garden. There is also a small laundry room, with washing machine and clothes drier; there is a bathroom, a twin room with patio doors that open onto a balcony and a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the terrace ideal for soaking

Vilamoura is a well know and popular holiday and residential resort, situated along the coast, in the Central Algarve, just a short 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. It is one of the largest single resorts in Europe and covers 2.000 hectares of land. The land is variable in its vegetation some parts are covered in pine forests whilst others open recovered marshland. It offers excellent tourist facilities it has the biggest Marina in Europe which is surrounded by many shops, bars and restaurants and is bursting with sporting and leisure facilities for the whole family: water sports, green bowling, golfing, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, ridding centre, bird watching, mini golf, beautiful, long, sandy, golden beaches and 2 water fun parks within 3 kms.

The complex has landscaped garden, a large communal swimming pool. The linen and twice a week maid service is included. We change the towels mid week stay and all the linen at the end of the week stay. A £100 refundable breakage deposit is required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you vacate the accommodation, provided it is in good order.

Golf: The Algarve is renowned for some of the world's finest championship golf courses. Each of the five, 18 hole courses are superbly designed with the par 72 Victoria Golf Course which opened in September 2004, having been designed by Arnold Palmer. It had €18 million invested in it making it one of the best and exclusive complexes in the world. These attract dedicated players and champions worldwide — and are host to numerous prestigious tournaments, several televised. If you're a keen golfer, Vilamoura is the place to be. Four of these courses were the first to be officially recognised for their dedication to preserving the environment, having received an ISO 14001 certificate in 1998. An award of which Vilamoura is very proud — the first environmental certification given to a golf course operator in Europe. Each has its own driving range and a prestigious clubhouse and Vilamoura itself offers a dedicated golfing academy with full teaching facilities, a driving range and a 3-hole practice course to help all levels of players. Vilamoura is a true golfer's paradise. The Vale Do Lobo - Royal Course & Ocean Course, Quinta Do Lago - North & South Ria Formosa, San Lorenzo, Pinheiros Altos and Vila Sol are just a few minutes drive.

Apologies for not contacting you sooner but work has been hectic since I got back from holiday. Anyway, I just wanted to write and thank you for all your help in organising our holiday. We had a great time and were delighted with the standard of the accommodation. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to our
friends!
By the way, the food starter pack is a great idea - it was a life-saver for us since our incoming flight was delayed and we wouldn't have been able to go shopping ourselves after we arrived. Kind regards,
