Beautifully presented, ground floor apartment located at Vila Sol Village, part of the 5-Star Vila Sol Golf, Beach and Country Club Resort & Spa, Vilamoura. Benefiting from air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, this apartment comprises two twin bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities of bath/ shower over, toilet and bidet and a further separate bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle The fully-equipped kitchen, has an oven, grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave with the adjacent utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious lounge and dining area lead outside to a large terrace and grassed area, complete with patio furniture and loungers. The apartment enjoys superb views of the open landscape and is close to the three outside swimming pools, jacuzzi area and bar/restaurant. Being on the ground floor, the apartment is ideal for both the young and 'the not so young' and there is ample parking at the front of the accommodation.

The Village is part of the the 5-Star Vila Sol Golf, Beach and Country Club Resort & Spa, located within the 'Golden Triangle' of Quinta Do Lago, Vale Do Lobo and Vilamoura. It is only 20 minutes from Faro Airport and just 5 minutes from Vilamoura Marina. Apart from relaxing at the apartment, guests can enjoy the 27 hole Championship Golf Course, spend time at the new Spa & Fitness centre, or visit the 5 star Vila Sol Hotel, with all it's amenities, pools, tennis courts and excellent restaurants, (separate charges may apply). Children and adults will love the local Water park, which is literally 'down the road', Close by is the award winning Falesia Beach in Vilamoura itself. At the entrance to Vila Sol Village is a range of shops, including restaurants and a small supermarket. A larger Apolonia supermarket is in Almancil. Banks in Vilamoura are a 5 minute drive, although a handy cash machine is located at the golf course clubhouse.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in May 2008 at vila sol. It is really nicely decorated and clean, cleaners came in during the week too and realy looked after the place. all the decor is of a high standard and the apt is spacious and bright. our boys loved having their own bathroom next to the twin room. there is a nice garden area to sit outside and enjoy the full morning sun with a copy of coffee and a book. there are several pools to choose from and sun loungers readily available. location - you can walk to the waterpark and the shops and restaraunts. this aprt is within a really nice resort - well maintained and secure .

if you have a car some really fantastic restaurants in alamancil a few km away - henrique leis and pequeno mundo - they are world class - also great shopping too in faro with everything from high street to designer.

next time i go back to the algarve i would definitely rent this apt as we had such a great stay and the the owners provided a great service
