Our apartment is situated on the second floor of this 2 story complex and is accessed by private staircase. It has been furnished as a 'second home' and is extensively stocked with high quality appliances and utensils. Hardwood flooring throughout, it has remote controlled air conditioning and cooling fans in both bedrooms. Should the weather turn chilly (highly unlikely in high season) there are electric heaters in all rooms. A small balcony to the front with a larger family sized balcony overlooking the pool area will allow you to enjoy the sunshine all day. Our apartment is approx. 7-10 minutes walk to the marina and the beautiful falesia beach with its golden sands and plenty of water sports. No car is needed as everything is within easy walking distance - Golf, beach, marina, restaurants, bars, town centre, supermarket, local banks, casino, medical centre and pharmacy.

The apartment is very suitable for children. Immaculately kept grassy landscaped gardens with plenty of palm trees for shade. All fully enclosed to provide a very private and secure area for you and your children. New bed linen will be in situ but not showing in pictures.

Fun in the sun - a relaxing week in Vilamoura

The apartment was bright, modern, well equipped and very clean. We were met by agent Daffy who was very helpful when we had no hot water and smelt gas in the stairwell on day 3. She contacted the gas company & the problem was resolved that day. The situation was great, just a flat 10 minute well lit walk from the centre and marina. The beautiful Falesia beach was within a short walk and we were able to use the beach umbrellas, mats etc from the apartment which was nice. We felt very secure with the security arrangements although Villamoura is a very safe place and we were quite happy to walk home at night! Although we did have a hire car it was't necessary as supermarkets, bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The only negative thing I can say is that one of the shutters on the balcony had been jammed by a previous tennant and we had to wait for it to be sorted and as in the UK it took some time. We have been holidaying in Villamoura for almost 20 years but . this is the first time we have stayed outside of the Old Village. We were very happy with our choice of apartment this time , and my health and the euro willing look forward to booking it again next summer.

I have been going to Vilamoura for the last 12 years, twice a year and always stay in the hotels. The last couple of visits I found the hotels to be extremely noisy with the golfers getting ready to go at an unearthly hour sometimes even knocking my door to see if I was ready, so I thought I would like to try something different this time, somewhere more peaceful but still within walking distance to the Marina and beach. This apartment ticked all the boxes, it was clean, modern, comfortable, quiet and still convenient for me to get to the Marina. Dafi the manager was extremely helpful and said I could call on her if I had any problems, but I had no need. Communicating with Derek was a pleasure as I booked the apartment within a couple of weeks of travelling and again he was very professional, prompt and courteous and made the booking very easy. My only complaint is I want to go back in October and the apartment is already booked, I will have to wait till next year.
Once again, Thank you for allowing me to use your beautiful apartment I had a lovely time

Relaxing week's holiday in April 2009

We had a wondeful relaxing holiday in this extremely well furnished and comfortable apartment. I've stayed in many self catering 4 & 5 star timeshares and I must say I've never stayed anywhere as well equipped as this apartment, it was definetely a home from home. The owner was extremely prompt and informative the whole way through the booking process. The manager in Portugal was very helpful and extremely accommodating, fitting round our arrival and departure times easily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet location, only a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Marina.

Had a nice relazing holiday

We stayed in this apartment Aug 2008 and have to say that the apartment was as described. Very clean and had everything you would need plus more. The apartment was a nice size for 5 people and in a nice peaceful area. We all enjoyed the pool everyday.
We enjoyed days at the lovely beach and walking around the marina. We went on a lovely boat trip and the girls all went parasailing.
The only negative comment is that the 2 double beds were very uncomfortable.

Hi there,my family and I spent two glorious weeks during the summer of 2008 in this fantastic apartment in wonderful Vilamoura.
This aparment was just perfect for our needs,impecably clean,very private and a gorgeous garden and pool area.
Extremely efficiant manager who met us at Faro airport and a very obliging owner who made the booking process very easy.Very conviently located to all amenities and also felt very safe and secure and therefore would have no hesitation in returning in the future.... roll on 2009
