Newly refurbished and fully furnished beautiful two bedroom two bathroom apartment only 3 min walk to the Algarve’s first Hilton Hotel and Pinhal golf course, 5 min drive to the other golf courses, 15 min walk to the marina and beach. The apartment is light, spacious and has air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in the hot summer months. Fully fitted modern style kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Large open plan lounge with patio doors leading to the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. The block benefits from swimming pool, gardens for children, reception (opened Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm), parking, snack restaurant, hairdresser. The supermarket is only 100 yards away and it is 20 min drive from Faro airport. Vilamoura is a well known and popular holiday and residential resort, situated along the coast, in the Central Algarve, just a short 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Situated in the area known as the 'Golden Traingle' which incorporates several of the most exclusive property developments including Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura benefits from 2 spectacular beaches that stretch out on either side of its famous marina, 5 golf courses of international acclaim, variety of restaurants, cinema and more. The Marina itself boasts an excellent range of cuisine, bars, designer shops & boutiques. Also on offer around the Marina are all types of water activities including sailing, fishing, wind surfing, diving & paragliding. For a keen Gollfer there are 5 Championship golf courses Pinhal, Old Course, Laguna, Millenium and the Arnold Palmer designed Victoria course which hosted the World Cup in 2005.
