This self-catering 2-bed apartment is set in a highly convenient location at the quieter end of the world renowned Vilamoura Marina (1min) with all its designer shops, bars, restaurants and is just a short stroll from the beautiful Falesia Beach. There are 5 world renowned golf courses within a 15 minute drive of this location. There are theme fun parks, golf courses, sea cruises, watersports and beautiful beaches, all within short driving distances of this apartment complex. This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is newly built and equipped to the highest standards. Each bedroom and the living area has a separate air-conditioning unit. Both bedrooms and the living room and kitchen have each got a separate balcony access. The main bathroom contains a multi-jet power shower cubicle which also doubles as a sauna/steam unit. Vilamoura, in the beautiful Algarve, is world renowned for its golf courses, its beaches and its Marina. It has five championship golf courses in the immediate vicinity and many more within easy driving distance. It is just a short drive from Faro airport so there are no long commutes to your destination. Vilamoura has a wealth of different activities which cater to all tastes. There is the already mentioned golf, sea cruises, fun parks, an aquapark, watersports such as jet ski-ing and aqua gliding. The beaches, such as Falesia beach, are breath-taking. As well as its many dicos and nightclubs, the nearby town of Albufeira also contains a major shopping centre and the upmarket Vilamoura Marina itself contains designer shops and boutiques, as well as restaurants and bars and entertainment to suit all tastes. Vilamoura is the perfect location for families with lovely relaxing walks along the marina and beach or if you prefer something more exciting, it has a casino and nightclubs.

Mid-week there will be a medium clean (i.e. bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and change of towels for guests) At the end of the week there will be a thorough clean of the entire apartment and a change of bed linen and towels. There is an intercom system and video display to admit visitors at front entrance. Large balcony contains table and four chairs. Kitchen also contains coffee maker, toaster, liquidiser, iron and ironing board. Separate control units for air conditioner in both bedrooms and living area. Alarm system for security. |
