'Farm Village' is a private complex consisting of 30 units.It is in a peaceful setting,where there are 2 pools (1childs) garden areas and a full size tennis court.Also a large parking area.The apartment is on the first floor,and on a corner of block of eight,hence 4 balconies.The block only has the 2 floors ground and 1st.Table and chairs for 2 balconies available plus built in barbecue adjacent to lounge.Lounge has sony music system, integrated radio system in all rooms which you can plug your ipod into,plus flat screen TV with cable.The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom,with jacuzzi bath shower,bidet and sink unit.There is a separate shower room with quality shower and sink unit.Fully equipped integrated kitchen with all mod cons. Apartment also has air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms,plus electronic blinds in all rooms.There are also 4sunbeds sunshade and tables for your personal use at pool. Th apartment can sleep 5 if the fifth is a baby (have cot).

Our apartment offers a fantastic location for Beach holidays, as our apartment is only a 20 min walk from Fishermen beach or a short drive from many other beautiful beaches.There is also a very good bus service with circuit buses running every half hour,which circle Albufeira.The nearest bus stop is a 3minute walk at the end of the road, with only one stop and then at the old town.Main bus.station just 5 min drive away to go anywhere in Portugal. .If you look up Albufeira.com we are situated near alto Dos Calicos.There is a lovely Portuguese restaurant at the end of road. 5minute walk away are various shops including a bakery and a supermarket.Set in a peaceful retreat the apartment is only a short distance from all the life you desire. The apartment area itself is safe and secure for children with video phone entry system and locked gates for your protection.

    As a way of avoiding abuse of the air-conditioning system, we will read the meter between guests. If abuse is obvious we will have to deduct the amount from the returnable deposit. The air-conditioning is not meant to be left on all day whilst you are out as an example. We have no wish to see our guests put in a position where they are worried about using the system. info on apart & local area: Ther are approx 20 coves,and beaches within a 10 minute drive from your apartment.The nearest two are a 20 minute walk adjacent to the old town All stunning!!There is a welll stocked supermarket,and various shops 5minutes walk away,and a lovely portugese restauraunt 2minutes walk awayAs well as the music system in the lounge you have intergrated music system in all rooms, so bring your ipod to plug in!! There are four balconies on apartment,so you can move around with the sun, when your in! If you like tennis dont forget your rackets Also you have your own sunbeds and shade to sit around the pool The apartment is well fitted out, and very comfortable have tried to make you feel like youve come to a home Although a car is not essential,to make the most of your holiday anywhere in the algarve,I would reccomend you have one.So many lovely places to visit,but if you dont want to drive the bus service is excellent.nearest bus stop 5. minutes walk away.

Changeover times.: Please be aware you may have to leave the apartment by 11am on day of departure.You also might not be able to enter apartment until 1pm on day of arrival.This is only if our guests flights clash which is often not the case.For the majority of the time guests can stay or enter apartment when it suits them. If you cannot gain entrance to apartment when you arrive, we can store luggage for you until it is ready.

Stayed for 8 days from July 28th. Facilities fantastic. Kids loved the pool - in fact for the first five days we had it pretty much to ourselves. Complex was spotless. Apartment had everything you could need and more!!! The resort itself is lovely. We had never visited Portugal before but can't wait to return (permanently preferably!). Albufeira old town has retained its old world charm and is relatively uncommercialised with no lager louts!!! Beaches were fabulous and everything was as described in the advertisement. 10/10
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

we stayed at this apartment 18.8.09-30.8.09 and had a fantastic time . Patsy was really helpful and helped make us really welcome . The apartment is clean and modern and well equiped , just like home from home , and is well positioned for the old town , supermarkets etc. We would definately recommend to friends and hope to return again soon .

picked up at airport as arranged. patsy welcomed us at the apt. all as described but so much more.!! the cleanliness and personal touches make all the difference to our holiday. beautiful apt with all mod cons.like being at home,but better,!
pool clean,and spacious. apt and pool larger than photos show.20 min walk to old town but car advantageous if you like to go further. vegas bar great for nights out but expensive,cocktails better and cheaper in the daytime.
we had a great holiday,chilling out at this apt,so homely we only went out 4 nights from 14.!
cannot fault the place and cannot praise it enough. you must experience this place for yourselves. nice quiet area. restaurant at the end of the street lovely. small cafe/gourmet shop under the back bedroom, handy . lidl magacheap,modelo great shop too. we love portugal and this isnt the first or last time weve been.we will book patsys place a.s.a.p. for next year. pickup to come home on time. excellent service all round.cant wait to return!!!!. thankyou patsy.see you next year.

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days and had one of the best holidays so far.. We didn't hire a car but had arranged transport through Patsy, the company were there to pick us up and take us to the apartment as arranged. On arrvial Patsy was there to show us round, the apartment is gorgeous, nicely furnished, well kitted out and more importantly spotless. There are TVs/DVD players in all rooms which helped to keep the kids entertained when it was too hot. The pool area is great, there is a childs pool but our 2 year old twins didn't like it as there are no steps to get in and out so struggled a little, but they loved the main pool. We used to walk into the Old Town most days, a good 15 - 20 min walk, with a double buggy and didn't find not having a car a problem at all, but we do enjoy walking. There is a supermarket near by but I suggest just going a little further up the hill to the Lidl supermarket as better choice and cheaper. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and family and i'm sure we will be back holidaying here again..

Apartment...perfect. Large bedrooms, Lounge, kitchen. Everything as described....but much better!! Also loved the fact that you can sit one 1 of the 4 balcony's- follow the sun all day long!
Our Teenage Children enjoyed the tennis and Pool area...In fact we all took full advantage of the facilities. Great having personal sun loungers by pool. Condo in lovely peaceful area. Patsy was more than helpful throughout the holiday. Would recommend this apartment to anyone. We look forward to our next holiday there soon!
