Annie & Barry extend a warm welcome to you at their Quinta, and are always on hand to ensure that you enjoy your stay to the full. Set amongst orange groves in beautiful countryside, with distant views of the hills and mountains of the Algarve, Quinta Palmeiras, or ‘House of the Palms‘is a delightful location for your next holiday. You could simply relax and top up your tan, with the odd trip to the bar for a cold drink, or perhaps you would prefer a day on one of the stunningly beautiful beaches in the area, ranging from miles of golden sand with full amenities, to tiny secluded coves with a bar offering delicious freshly caught fish. Nature lovers will delight in the exotic plants and wildlife that flourish in the area, whilst golfers have a choice of 23 world-class courses all within easy reach. In short the Portuguese Algarve has something for everyone. There are 2 family apartments in the main quinta, and for couples/young families there are two semi-detached cottages.

For 2 people + small child. Comfortable self contained one bedroom accommodation with twin beds. Kitchen/diner with dining table/chairs, and settee. Full equiped for self catering with cutlery, crockery, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and fridge freezer. There is even a juicer to make fresh orange juice from the oranges in our own groves. Towels are provided, but not for pool or beach use. Private outside terrace, with table, chairs, and umbrella. A hire car can be easily organised, supplied by a local and reliable company. Most hirers DO NOT have cars at the airport, you have to wait for a bus to take you to a compound outside of the airport, and queue to do the paperwork. This can delay the start of your holiday, and on returning the car you have to take it back to the compound and get a bus back to the airport. Our company will have your car waiting at the airport - SIMPLE, and at CHEAPER prices than the internet !

Notes to the rental rates

• WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO NEGOTIATE FAVOURABLE RATES FOR LONGER, OUT OF SEASON LETS.
  The prices are in euros, and show the cost per week for the accommodation, and NOT the price per person. As cheaper mid-week flights are generally available we are happy to be flexible with our letting periods, and do not insist on Saturday to Saturday lettings.
  PAYMENT: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required TO CONFIRM your booking, and the balance is due in euros, on arrival.
  
• FOR HIRE: The following items should be pre-booked, otherwise they are subject to availability:
  
• Put-u-up bed - 50 euros per week (approx.34 pounds), Baby Cot - 20 euros per week (approx.14 pounds), Fans - 15 euros per week (approx.10 pounds), Cool Boxes and Ice Packs for the beach - 3 euros (2 pounds) per day, Washing Machine - 7 euros per load (4.80 pounds).

THEME HOLIDAYS:

From time to time we plan special 'theme' holidays. The last one was in November when we had a beginners painting group here. We organised the tuition, and transport was laid on to various locations. As the group was elderly we laid on breakfast, packed lunch and escorted them everywhere, including some fabulous, but inexpensive local restaurants. It was a great success, to be repeated in 2008. Tell us what interests you and maybe we can organise something, photography, organised walks, deep sea fishing, bowls ??????? nos esperamos se encontrar logo - we hope to meet you soon.
