Located at Alto Club, Praia do Vau and enjoying a view over the 10th fairway, this 2 bedroom first floor apartment is privately owned and furnished to a high standard. It has air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. On entering the apartment the spacious well equipped kitchen is to your left. The lounge/dining area is straight ahead and has a TV and radio. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room whilst the second bedroom has the use of a separate bathroom . The balcony has a table with seating for 4 as well as two sun loungers and can be accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. The apartment also has a rear balcony which overlooks the communal pool and can be accessed from the second bedroom and the front door.

Located beside the pretty village of Alvor the apartment is close to all main amenities. All apartments at Alto Club, Praia do Vau have access to the facilities at The Alto Golf and Country Club, just a 5 minute drive away. These include an outdoor pool with separate children’s pool, tennis courts, indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym. You are walking distance to a small selection of bars and restaurants including the Alto Golf Club House with the nearest beach being only 750m away, with Alvor, Praia da Rocha and a choice of other beaches being less than 5 minutes away by car or taxi. Alvor is an ancient coastal village, well located facing a natural lagoon opening onto the sea. The long sandy beach is one of the best on the Algarve. There are many excellent restaurants in the narrow streets many serving the day's catch on the BBQ. For late night entertainment it is worth visiting Praia de Rocha.

We stayed here for our summer 2008 holiday. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely with plenty of room. Fantastic views of the golf course and of the pool. We liked to go to Alvor town alot so if you are like us we would recommend a car which we didn't have!!! The apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived, we had a problem with the TV but once Alan was contacted a new one was given to us. We would recommend this property to friends and when we go back to Portugal we will more than likely contact Alan to see whether his property is vacant. We liked to visit Alvor town which is lively once you hit the cobble streets, we would recommend a visit to the Bolan Bar for a brazilian drink called Capriniha. The Venue which is situated just by the main resort for Alto Golf is great. Sonny and his wife are so very friendly. There is alot for the kids there!! Al Dente, the chinese and the indian at the venue are fantastic restaurants. In the town there are a lot of lovely fish restaurants, one inparticular you walk down the hill to the bottom and go left and it is the second restaurant on the left. Waterpark is good for the kids and all the boat trips look fab. We went on one that takes you around the caves and then anchors for a bbq and lots of free wine!!
Fourth time we have been to Alvor and we will be going many more times.
