This Two Bedroom Luxurious Apartment is part of the Villa de Praia Complex in Alvor. It is located within 5 minutes walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Alvor. This south facing / poolside apartment is two years old and has been furnished to a very high standard. This beautifully furnished apartment is situated at ground level and is fully air conditioned throughout. This secure complex also offers ample car parking facilities and for golf enthusiasts Alto Golf and the championship course of Penina are all but a ten minute drive away. The apartment boasts two large double bedrooms with the master bedroom en suite. The en suite bathroom has a bath and shower. The main bathroom also consists of a shower and bath. The large kitchen / living area consists of a Breakfast Bar, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, Gas Hob and Electric Oven, TV, DVD player, Stereo, Toaster, Iron, Cable TV. A Table, Chairs and sun loungers are located on the large patio area.

Alvor is a small coastal fishing village that oozes charm. People return here time and time again to enjoy the easy way of life and to sample the superb local Algarvian Fare in the many restaurants. Or you may choose to stroll through the picturesque streets window shopping, listening to the musicians in the town square or enjoy a drink in any of the several bars. Alvor beach is the most photographed beach in the world. A day trip to Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine or a jeep safari can can be organised from Cats in the village centre. There is a local sports centre with Heated Indoor Pool, Tennis Courts and Soccer pitch. Praia da Rocha famous for its nightlife and Casinos is a 10 minute drive away. Lagos, Silves and Loule are all worth a visit and for the shopaholic the Algarve Shopping Centre near Albuferia is a 30 minute drive away. Taxi transfers from the airport cost €75 approx and carhire is available locally and from Faro airport.

Golf: Alvor is a Golfers haven being ideally situated in the midst of many Championship courses.
