These comfortable & well-equipped 1 bedroom apartment (sleep up to 4) & 2 bedroom apartment (sleep up to 6) are situated in the beautifully landscaped gardens of the award winning Balaia Golf Village. Facilities include 6 communal pools (with child’s splash pools), 4 tennis courts, golf driving range & 9-hole golf course, club house & bar, health club (gym, steam room, pool & Jacuzzi) & restaurant/bar. The complex offers both the opportunity for a completely relaxing or an active holiday. Originally, the complex was known as Balaia Village which expanded by adding a 9 hole golf complex behind the apartments. Shops,including supermarket, News Agents and hair dressers on complex. The complex is close to sandy beaches. Several restaurants can be reached within a short walk from the complex. The complex is on a bus route to/ from Albufeira.

This apartment is on the 2nd Floor and may not be suitable for those with mobility problems. The apartment is attractively furnished with fully equipped new kitchen, (including washing machine and dishwasher) lounge dining room, (with Double sofa bed, TV, DVD player), twin bedroom (with hair dryer). New bath room has bath with shower facilities. There are south facing balconies on bedroom and living area. View of pool area. Terrace to front overlooking golf course. Sofa bed is double size and bathroom has bath with shower. If staying for two or more weeks, the cleaning and laundry change will be at the end of each week. (Prices quoted do not include extra cleaning and laundry changes, these can be requested and paid for at Reception). Cots are available on request (at additional charge).
