The apartment is close to the restaurant, tennis club and reception and has the standard layout, with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with bath and shower above, kitchen and a small room with washing machine. One bedroom has its own separate balcony and bathroom (suite). All rooms benefit from free-standing electric heaters, ideal for use during the cooler months. Leading from the lounge is a good-sized balcony, which has a built in seating area, table and (6) chairs, 2 sun beds and a sun shade. Both the lounge and bedroom balconies are south facing, so get the sun from first thing in the mourning until late in the afternoon. Air Conditioned!! • 20% deposit required for booking confirmation - confirmation letter (the balance is then paid to the owner 6 weeks before the start date of the booking).
