Ft. of living space. 30 minutes from Faro Airport, a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Maria Luisa beach, only 400 meters from a selection of restaurants, 10 minute walk to the supermarket and a 5 minute drive/taxi ride from the Old Town of Albufeira with it‘s extensive range of restaurants, bars and busy nightlife.

Apartment Layout: The apartment layout: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes; 2 Bathrooms, one ensuite; Sleeping up to 8 people; Fully fitted kitchen; Very large Living/dining room; Fully Air Conditioned / Heating; Very Large Terrace with table/chairs with sunshade & 4 sun loungers. Kitchen – fully fitted:- Gas cooker; Electric Oven; Refrigerator; Freezer; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Microwave; Toaster; Juicer; CD Player/Radio. Beaches: Beaches The nearest beach, Praia Marie Luisa (about 500 meters), is a Blue Flag beach as are the six adjacent beaches which are all within a 10 to 20 minute walk. Marie Luisa beach is a beautiful, safe stretch of fine sand about 500 meters long, has it’s own beach restaurant/bar, Life Guard in season and with sun beds/shades available for hire. Watersports are also catered for with boats and windsurfing equipment available.

Golf: Golf Monte da Balaia is very well placed for access to the Algarve’s many fine golf courses. Next door to Balaia Golf Village which has it’s own 9 hole course and driving range, within a 5 minute drive of Pine Cliffs and within a 15 minute drive of the 5 courses at Villamora on one side or Salgados on the other side.

What a holiday! It was fantastic. Apartment huge - especially with 2 teenage boys - had everything. Felt very much home from home. Complex spotlessly clean - neighbours extremely friendly. Excellent service from management. Location suit us, walk to restaurants, beaches, golf but also 15 minutes in car to a variety of secluded beaches or towns. Will definitely return and recommend. Great apartment for a holiday

The apartment and complex were super. Everything you would need was available in apartment.
The apartment was very clean (like new) and well kitted out.
Sun loungers/ beach towels provided. Table and chairs out on balcony for dining outside. literally everyhting you would need.
Satelite TV channels (free to view channels) from Astra sattelite that we are familiar with in ireland and uk. Even has a set of tennis rackets if you are feeling energetic.
We were met by local representative who showed us around and left a phone number thay could be contacted at if needed.
There was a folder of information in the apartment (similar to what you would see on package holiday)

We went in mid may and it was quiet in the area which suited us perfectly. Well worth taking the taxi into albufeira (cost about 8 euro) if want a bit extra and lively nightlife and change of scenery.
Local supermarket is quite large . Its not the small cornershop type supermarket you often encounter. Has fresh meat counters and and has a great selection and variety.
Local restaurants are fine, typical food you'll get anywhere along algarve. They are not expensive so you get what you pay for.
The closet beach praia maria luisa and its adjoing beaches up to praia olhos d'agua are a little small. however if feeling adventurous, You can walk past these to a huge beach (falesia) by walking over some rocky areas that just out at end of beach (but only at low tide).

Would say you dont need a car if you are happy to stay around the complex and chill out for the holiday but if you want to try a few beaches and head into albufeira do some sightseeing, rent a car or be prepared to take some taxis.

Would'nt hesitate to recommend to friends/family with one caveat.
The apartment is not 500 metres from the beach as advertised. Maybe it is as the crow flies and you could walk to it in a straight line. The distance to the nearest restaurants is 400 metres as advertised and the the beach is quite a distance away from them. I would say its at least 1.5Km or more. was on holidays with a 4 year old and 2 ladies approaching retirement and this really was the only disappointment and put us off going to beach. We only walked once. We ended up calling taxis to go to beach. cost about 4euro so not end of world. If you're not a beach lover , this wont matter but if you want easy access to beach you should be aware of it.
Aside from that, no hesitation to recommend.

First class apartment with all the mod cons if excellent condition. As family with 2 x 7 year olds and a baby the apartment catered for all our needs. The magnificent terrace was great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only downside for us was the pool not being heated as the weather we had was nothing less than awful. the fantasticTV / DVD surround sound system certainly came in useful. We hired a car as the beaches and busier nightlife were a little far to walk with a pushchair. however there are a couple of fine restaurants within 5 mins walk. All in all a beautifulplace to unwind and recharge the batteries.

Lovely Apartment

I would recommend this apartment for its space and
the fact that it is ultra modern. Everything works and
there is a nice pool and good tennis courts. We took advantage of neither of these facilities but feel sure that
may future occupants will. Good restaurants within a
short walking distance. A car is to be highly recommended.
Would consider renting again in the future.

The apartment truly lives up to the images as shown on the web site. The terrace is a real sun trap and a great place to start the day with breakfast in the sun.The fixtures and fittings have everything to make it comfortable and for those who wish to self cater the kitchen is superb, god quality supermarket and excellant fruit market within 10 minutes walk The area is peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of stunning beaches . Local restaurant offer good value and food of high quality and at lower prices than similar restaurants in nearby Albufeira and Vilamoura.
