Apartment Layout: The apartment layout: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes; 2 Bathrooms, one ensuite; Sleeping up to 8 people; Fully fitted kitchen; Very large Living/dining room; Fully Air Conditioned / Heating; Very Large Terrace with table/chairs with sunshade & 4 sun loungers. Kitchen – fully fitted:- Gas cooker; Electric Oven; Refrigerator; Freezer; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Microwave; Toaster; Juicer; CD Player/Radio. The living room has a 32” LCD TV, DVD player & state of the Art Surround Sound System; Hairdryer; Iron and Ironing Board; Linen is provided; Towels provided; Beach/Pool Towels provided. Property is cleaned and towels/Linen changed once a week; Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Beaches: Beaches The nearest beach, Praia Marie Luisa (about 500 meters), is a Blue Flag beach as are the six adjacent beaches which are all within a 10 to 20 minute walk. Marie Luisa beach is a beautiful, safe stretch of fine sand about 500 meters long, has it’s own beach restaurant/bar, Life Guard in season and with sun beds/shades available for hire. Watersports are also catered for with boats and windsurfing equipment available.

Golf: Golf Monte da Balaia is very well placed for access to the Algarve’s many fine golf courses. Next door to Balaia Golf Village which has it’s own 9 hole course and driving range, within a 5 minute drive of Pine Cliffs and within a 15 minute drive of the 5 courses at Villamora on one side or Salgados on the other side.

We really enjoyed the apartment and as well as the overall complex and found it to be of a very high standard and would recommend wholeheartedly.
