A luxurious penthouse apartment situated on the exclusive Windmill Hill development in the Old Town of Albufeira. With it's panoramic views across the beautifully maintained gardens and pool out to sea, this is an ideal location for those looking for that relaxing and tranquil base to explore the Algarve. Within five minutes walk you have a supermarket, cafe's, bars, restaurants and beaches. The four star complex boasts a communal pool lined with palm trees, a snack bar, gardens and two tennis courts available for guests. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with an ensuite master bedroom, a second twin bedroom with separate bathroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. From the kitchen diner you step down to the lounge where there is a leather three piece suite, TV with Cable TV, DVD and CD player. A range of activities and attractions are only a short distance away including a number of golf courses, Zoomarine, Aqua Park and shops. Winter lets are welcome.

Albufeira is now one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve. Whilst maintaining its character as a Portuguese fishing village the resort has developed into a holiday haven for all ages. The old town retains its charm as you wonder through the narrow cobbled streets and white washed houses. There you will find shops, bars, cafes and a variety of restaurants serving anything from Chinese food to the local fish cuisine. About a mile to the east is the bustling new town with its many restaurants, bars and clubs easily accessible by car, bus or on foot. To the west of the old town is the new marina which is starting to establish itself with boutiques and cafes. There are two local beaches with many more on the Algarve waiting to be explored. The Algarve is highly regarded amongst golf enthusiasts with 21 courses over 100km of coastline.   • Windmill Hill prices are based upon 4 sharing. Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment. Prices for 5th & 6th person per week available on request.
  • Subject to availability, a deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance is due to be paid 6 weeks prior to the departure date, or at the time of booking if within this period.

    The price includes maid service, water and electricity costs. Linen is provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery etc. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available for guests at no extra charge.
  • There is no charge for parking, use of the pool or of the tennis courts
