Notes to the rental rates

• Windmill Hill prices are based upon 4 sharing. Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment. Prices for 5th & 6th person per week available on request.
  
• Subject to availability, a deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance is due to be paid 6 weeks prior to the departure date, or at the time of booking if within this period.
  The price includes maid service, water and electricity costs. Linen is provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery etc. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available for guests at no extra charge.
  
• There is no charge for parking, use of the pool or of the tennis courts
