Modern apartment with outstanding views over the popular Club Albufeira. South facing corner position offering superb accommodation for up to 6 people. Two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes with master bedroom leading on to a private balcony. Two bathrooms (one en-suite). Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and automatic washer-dryer. Spacious lounge with satellite TV leading on to a large balcony with patio furniture and extensive views. Four large swimming pools are within close proximity two with a snack bar in high season and the other two open all year round offering a superb A La Carte menu, Sunday Lunch, snacks and a weekly BBQ.

These can be reached by a regular free shuttle service from Club Albufeira or by taxi at a cost of approximately 5 euros. Taxis can be booked at the 24 hour reception by their friendly and helpful staff.

  • Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Changeover days are flexible and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £100-00 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks before and refunded 14 days after holiday if all is well in the apartment. Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Transfers available at a charge of 70 Euros return for up to 4 people and 100 Euros for 5 to 8 people. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

Complex facilities: There is a 24 hour reception which can arrange taxis, trips to water parks, Zoo, boat trips, tee off times for golf etc. Just outside the reception area there is a supermarket, newsagent, craft shop, football courts and sandy play area for younger children.

Transport: Although a car is not required, if wanted discount car hire can be arranged for you direct from the apartment. A shuttle bus and inexpensive taxis enables you to have a motoring free holiday.

Golf information: Excellent base for golfers as the apartment is located in close proximity to many of Portugals top courses. Discounted green fees can be arranged for Club Albufeira guests at a number of local courses. Appropriate dress code is required with golf shoes having soft spikes. We can also arrange transfers to the golf courses with our representative at the complex if you do not wish to hire a car.

Spacious & comfortable apartment;lovely location

My partner and I have stayed at this apartment twice before and are planning to return many times again as there is loads to do in the region and the weather is (usually!) great.

The on site facilities are all clean and well maintained, there are loads of pools (including a heated one), and the menu in each of the restaurants gives lots of choice and value. The complex has never seemed overcrowded and there is a nice mix of locals and British holidaymakers and therefore plenty of opportunity to meet new people if you wish, or for kids to find friends of a similar age. A bonus is that residents can use the facilities at the camp site opposite and we have have had some nice evenings over there which is convenient if you don't fancy spending the evening in the centre of Albufeira (BBQ buffet is really good).

The accomodation itself is very spacious, clean, and well specified, and perfect for either a group or family. The south facing balcony means that the location of this apartment must be one of the best on the complex.

A taxi into the centre of Albufeira is only 5-6 Euros or there is a bus service that runs every 30 minutes and drops you back right outside the complex. It's possible to purchase a bus pass that brings the price of each journey down to 1 about Euro, however it is possible to walk to town in about 20 minutes if the weather is not too warm. We usually hire a car for the duration of our stay so that we can drive to and from the airport (40 minutes drive) and explore the nearby towns & markets. There are loads of beaches within 10 minutes drive and "Coelho" or Rabbit beach is our favourite as it's tucked out of the way but it is quite tough to find!

Jean and Ray have left lots of useful local info in the apartment and seem to have had a nice time reviewing EVERY restaurant in the area :-) and we've not had a bad meal yet. All in all we think that this apartment offers great value for money and a good time is virtually guaranteed!

Excellent Property In A Nice Resort

Very clean property, Good range of cooking utensials. The apartment was a very good size. Two substantial bedrooms, two clean bathrooms and a large living and dining area. We were also pleased with the sizeable balcony. The two pools in the complex were clean and the mini mart was convienient and items were well priced. It was a pleasure to holidya here.

We are never disappointed with your apartment. This was our fifth visit and all five ladies enjoyed every minute.. We love the country walks nearby and the lively town centre with its beautiful restuarants, beach and shops. We would recommend your location to anybody, either couples, familes of our once a year ladies trip. Kathy dennis. ps. thankyou for all the local information you left, it was extremely useful.
