Notes to the rental rates

• Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Changeover days are flexible and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £100-00 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks before and refunded 14 days after holiday if all is well in the apartment. Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Transfers available at a charge of 40 Euros each way for up to 4 people and 50 Euros for 5 to 7 people. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in the Algarve, Portugal

Complex facilities

There is a 24 hour reception which can arrange taxis, trips to water parks, Zoo, boat trips, tee off times for golf etc. Just outside the reception area there is a supermarket, newsagent, craft shop, football courts and sandy play area for younger children.

Transport

Although a car is not required, if wanted discount car hire can be arranged for you direct from the apartment. A shuttle bus and inexpensive taxis enables you to have a motoring free holiday.

Golf information

Excellent base for golfers as the apartment is located in close proximity to many of Portugals top courses. Discounted green fees can be arranged for Club Albufeira guests at a number of local courses. Appropriate dress code is required with golf shoes having soft spikes. We can also arrange transfers to the golf courses with our representative at the complex if you do not wish to hire a car.
