Poolside ground floor, 3 bedroom fully air-conditioned/heated apartment- part of the popular Club Albufeira complex offering excellent all year round resort facilities for families, golfers and couples alike. The apartment is furnished to a high specification-3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron/board. The lounge offers comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, PS2 and double sofa bed. The apartment is a stone's throw away from one of the 4 swimming pools and children play area. There are several snack bars and 2 excellent restaurants which are open all year round and serves superb food. Free shuttle bus runs daily to the town, just 2km away, local taxi is only 5 Euros each way. Larger groups can stay next door to eachother in this 3 bed and a 2 bed apartment, max 14 people.

Activities: Football table, pool table, crazy golf, tennis, 3 swimming pools, cycling, walking, horse riding plus water sports which can all be booked locally. Zoo Marine is a must for first time visitors which is a great day out for the family. There are some great Water Parks on The Algarve which all can be arranged with Reception. Children's' entertainment daily in the summer months. Details from Reception upon arrival.

Long Term Rentals: Due to the excellent sunshine record on the Algarve this is an ideal long-term winter destination. The flights are cheaper, the beaches are less crowded and the temperature is fantastic!!! The apartment offers both air-conditioning and heating. Long term rentals from November - March £250 per week for a minimum of 3 weeks. Bed linen and towels provided but you must be responsible for cleaning, changing and washing during your stay. Includes air conditioning/heating, all utilities and use of the club facilities. Washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment. Option to have the apartment/linen changed and cleaned at extra cost.

Transportation: Car Hire can be arranged either from Faro Airport or from the Clube Albufeira. Alternatively transport can be arranged to and from Faro airport (90-110 Euros return) payable locally. Taxis to anywhere in Albufeira Town are aprx 5 Euros

Golf: Discounted Green Fees for Clube Albufeira guests are available for the following Golf Courses:- Salgados (10 mins drive), Millenium, Vilamoura 1/2/3, Vila Sol, Pinta, Gramacho. Only players wearing soft spikes and proper attire will be allowed to play (no T-shirts). Payable locally.

Other Activities: Swim with the Dolphins at the nearby Marine Zoo. Fabulous Family Day Out!! various water parks, golf, fishing, boat trips plus many more!!

We were delighted with this apt. Elaine was a pleasure to deal with right from when we made the initial contact. It's located in the quieter part of the complex, close to obne of the pool s(heated from Oct 1), snack bar, kid's play area, and Blue Azul restaurant (good value). 401 was very clean, spacious, loads of books, CDs, DVDs, and has a PS2 and plenty of games. We had our own transport and so didn't use the bus/taxis but seemed to be well serviced. We would heartily recommend this apt to everyone. Try 'steak on the stone' at O Pavilhao restaurant - you won't regret it!

Well equipped and clean apartment set in beautifully maintained grounds. The apartment is in a good location although about a 10 minute walk away from reception up quite a steep hill.
Three pools on the complex which were lovely although the water was a bit cold for the children.
We used the snack bar at one of the pools, the food was of good quality, service was good and price reasonable.
Staff at reception were helpful and informative.
It's a bit far to walk into Albufeira Old Town and the road is not very pedestrian friendly, but there is a very reliable bus service which will take you there in 5 minutes.
I was in regular email contact with the owner until we went on holiday and felt that she provided very good customer service.
I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

A beautiful Apartment and Holiday in Albuferia

Would like to thank Elaine for having such a beautiful and perfect apartment in Club Albuferia. It has everything you could possible need and very spacious. Plenty of dvds, games, books and outdoor toys for the kids to play with. Its right beside the playground and the heated pool. Excellent. We had a very enjoyable holiday and it was our first time to Portugal and will definitely be going back. Also a thank you to our transfer person ( Rob). The bus also very handy into Albuferia. Have already recommended it to Friends and Family.Thanks a million! Adeline & Barry
