Ground floor, 3 bedroom fully air-conditioned/heated poolside apartment- part of the popular Club Albufeira complex offering excellent all year round resort facilities for families, golfers and couples alike. The apartment is furnished to a high specification-3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron/board. The lounge offers comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, PS2 and double sofa bed. The apartment is a stone's throw away from one of the 3 swimming pools and children's play area. There are several snack bars and an excellent restaurant 'O Pavillhao' which is open all year round and serves superb food. Free shuttle bus runs daily to the town, just 2km away, and local taxi is only 5 Euros each way. Airport transfer and car hire can be arranged on request. The complex is situated within easy reach of the Old and New Albufeira Town where local beaches, restaurants, shops, banks and night-life can be found. The Algarve Shopping Complex is only 5 mins drive and offers cinema, bowling alley, restaurants, discount retail outlets. The Clube 24 hour reception can arrange excursions to Zoo Marine, Water Parks, Boat Trips and many more exciting pursuits on the Algarve. For those looking to play golf the Clube offers discounted green fees (arranged locally) on a variety of challenging courses for both the professional and occasional golfer. There is a local supermarket, bakery, newsagents, tennis and children's sandy play area which can be reached via a footbridge. | Notes: | There is a Large Double Sofa Bed in the lounge to make maximum occupancy of 8 people. The air-conditioning is installed in all 3 bedrooms plus lounge. Children's play park is only a stones throw away from the apartment. There is a Playstation 2 in the apartment to provide entertainment for the children or adults! there are some games provided but please feel free to bring your own. |
Activities
Football table, pool table, crazy golf, tennis, 3 swimming pools, cycling, walking, horse riding plus water sports which can all be booked locally. Zoo Marine is a must for first time visitors which is a great day out for the family. There are some great Water Parks on The Algarve which all can be arranged with Reception. Childrens entertainment daily in the summer months. Details from Reception upon arrival.
Long Term Rentals
Due to the excellent sunshine record on the Algarve this is an ideal long-term winter destination. The flights are cheaper, the beaches are less crowded and the temperature is fantastic!!! The apartment offers both air-conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels provided but you must be responsible for cleaning, changing and washing during your stay. Includes air conditioning/heating, all utilities and use of the club facilities. Washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment. Availability all year and changeover days are flexible.
Transportation
Car Hire can be arranged either from Faro Airport or from the Clube Albufeira. Alternatively transport can be arranged to and from Faro airport (90-110 Euros return) payable locally. Taxis to anywhere in Albufeira Town are aprx 5 Euros
Other Activities Swim with the Dolphins at the nearby Marine Zoo. Fabulous Family Day Out!!
Golf Information:
Discounted Green Fees for Clube Albufeira guests are available for the following Golf Courses:- Salgados (10 mins drive), Millenium, Vilamoura 1/2/3, Vila Sol, Pinta, Gramacho. Only players wearing soft spikes and proper attire will be allowed to play (no T-shirts). Payable locally.
