The apartment has been furnished & equipped to a very high standard and includes 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), with a small private balcony to the master bedroom. A fully fitted & equipped kitchen with electric cooker, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster plus all kitchen utensils and linen. Large spacious lounge/diner with traditional Portuguese wood burner, dining table that seats 6 people, Portuguese satellite TV (many English channels) and a sofa bed. Patio doors lead straight out from the lounge onto a large south-facing balcony with patio furniture and pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Close to 3 large swimming pools, jacuzzi, pool bar and restaurants. Good wheelchair access.

Notes to the rental rates

• 20% Deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. (Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of departure). £100 deposit cheque against any damages or breakages payable 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday if all is well in the apartment. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure. All prices are inclusive of water, electricity and club facilities. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Airport transfers can be arranged. Long term rentals are available on request.

Complex Facilities

At the heart of the resort is `O Pavillhao` an excellent poolside restaurant and bar serving everything from snacks and ice cream to international cuisine and traditional English Breakfast as well as Sunday Roast. Pool table and football table. Weekly BBQ, live entertainment in the high season. The resorts other large pool area with two Jacuzzis, also has a snack bar. Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to local attractions such as Slide and Splash, Zoo marine, boat trips, golf tee times, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Albufeira´s Camping facilities opposite the resort (access via footbridge) are available to Club Albufeira guests at no extra charge and include supermarket, restaurant, disco, large pool area, children’s sandy play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis and football courts. Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days are flexible and availability is all year.

Local Arrangements

The keys are available from the 24hour reception, which can also offer a very wide range of excursions if required. All linen and towels are included. Cots and high chairs available upon request payable locally (except beach and pool towels) within the price. Car hire can be arranged for your entire stay or for specified days from either Faro airport or delivered to Club Albuferia. Taxi fares to Albufeira Town average only 5 Euros. Directions to Club Albuferia is easy. From the Airport follow the signs to Loule/Portimao on to the A22. Then follow the signs for Albufeira. Still on the A22 to Junction 9 sign posted Ferriers/Albufeira. Turn of A22 onto N395. Keep on the N395 towards Albuferia. Club Albufeira is just before a foot bridge crossing on the right hand side of the road. This is a great base to explore 'The Algarve' with easy access to all main routes.

Golf Information:

Golf Information. The International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) voted the Algarve, Portugal the best golf destination of 2006 for the second time in a row. Special Green Fees for Club Albufeira Guests are available for the following Golf Courses: VILAMOURA 1,2 AND 3 MILLENIUM, BALAIA, SALGADOS and VILA SOL. A recent addition to the Pestana Group of courses is SILVES along with the well established PINTA and GRAMACHO. Only players wearing soft spikes and correct attire (no t-shirts) will be allowed to play. Payment in cash required.
