The first apt. is a spacious 2 bedroom 1st. floor apart. with wheelchair access situated in an exclusive complex with beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking one of two large swimming pools in the Albufeira-Villamoura area.

It is conveniently located 30mins. from Faro airport,15mins. drive from the excellent Villamoura golf courses, 5mins. stroll from the long sandy Falesia beach and 2mins.walk from supermarket, gift shops, restaurants(many of which do take-aways) and bars.

Each bedroom has it's own balcony overlooking the pool area. The lounge/dining room is spacious bright and relaxing. It has 2 sofas (including 1 single sofa bed), diningroom table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD & A.C. The lounge leads onto a balcony area which has an excellent BBQ and seating/dining facilities for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven & ceramic hob. Four persons may be seated comfortably at the marbletopped breakfast bar.

The village is just across the road from the Pine Sun Park complex. Here you will find a supermarket, sports shop, restaurants with typical Portuguese and European menus and also a Chinese and a Pizzaria. The following may be booked from the 'RECEPTION' in the square- trips to local towns, markets, water parks, fishing expeditions, car/bicycle hire, etc. Overnight trips can also be booked to Gibraltar, Lisboa, Seville etc. 5 min. walk from here takes you to the 15KM. sandy Falesia beach. A 3min. stroll to your right along the beach brings you to The Sheraton Algarve beach bar and hotel. When the tide is out you can progress further to Olhos d'Agua, a quaint fishing village with typical Algarvian rock formations. To the left along the beach you can see Villamoura. It is a 50min.walk to the marina. Taxis (15 mins to both Villamoura and Albufeira) are readily available. Golf courses are 15mins.drive away.

  • A 25% deposit is required when booking the apartment. The balance is due six weeks before the holiday and in addition a security deposit of 150 euro is due at this time. This is to cover any possible losses or breakages and is refundable after the apartment has been checked at the end of your stay.If your booking is within six weeks of your holiday then the total amount including the security deposit is due immediately.Details of payment are indicated on the booking form which will be emailed to you at your request.

    The manager/ess can be contacted by text or mobile as you leave Faro airport and he/she will be at the complex when you arrive.You will receive the keys at this time and be shown the apartment.
    This mobile number may also be used in case of emergencies.
    When you are departing, leave the keys on the lounge table.
  • Prices quoted are per week in euros. Prices are also available for short term periods and extended stays during the winter months.

Golf:

Should you need accommodation for a larger group of golfers (up to 16) please contact us and we would be delighted to facilitate you depending on availability.

This area is a golfer's paradise. Within a 15min. drive you have the 5 Villamoura courses-Victoria (where the Portuguese Masters 2007 was played), Pinhal, Millenium, Laguna and The Old Course.

Further afield within 25mins. by car are the 2 courses at Vale de Lobo The Ocean and The Royal.Also within this distance you have Quinta de Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Villa Sol. To the west you have, among others, Salgados-to be played only if you do not have a water phobia!

The Championship course of Penina is 35mins. away using the motorway.

There are two 9 hole courses suitable for Holiday/beginner golfers. One is within walking distance, Pine Cliffs which is part of the Sheraton Hotel and the other is at Balia.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. The number of golf courses on the Algarve are too numerous to mention here and the weather is usually ideal for golfing at any time with the recommendation that a buggy is used during the summer months of July and August in order to take some shade from the sun. At these times special deals which include buggies are often available.

Green fee discounts are also available all year round locally. The busiest times tend to be mid March and late October but tee times may be booked in advance of your arrival.

Falesia - Fantastic

This was our first time to Portugal and it was perfect, including the weather! The apartment was superb, very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The complex itself was kept to a very high standard and the pool was fantastic! Kids loved it! Close by there is a small supermarket and a village square. Here there is a few restaurants, shops & bars. The beach is only a short walk away and was amazing. We had a superb two week stay and wished we had have booked for another week! It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had and we will definitely be going back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

I want to go back

Myself and my friend spent a 6 day holiday here. No complaints other than the time was too short.
Weather was fantastic, the quality of the pool and living accommodation was more than i expected, it is such a fabulous place.
Suitable for everybody, only a €10e taxi ride to ''The Bar Street'' where all the pubs and clubs are, and only a walk across the road to restarauntes and quieter bars.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We loved our stay!

We stayed in Mary & Robert's apartment in June 2010 and had a fabulous time. The apartment is very spacious and well equiped and both the apartment and complex are immaculate. It would have been nice for the outdoor pool to be heated but that didn't stop our 2 year old dragging us in at every opportunity! We would definitely stay in this apartment again and Mary was very helpful prior to and following our stay. So, this apartment comes highly recommended.

Brilliant Holiday

Myself and husband's first time in Portugal and loved it. Weather perfect, hot but with a nice breeze. The apartment was perfect and had everything we could possibly need and very spacious. The complex was kept spotlessly clean and there was great security around the pool area. Plenty of restaurants across the road from the apartment. The small supermarket was very convenient but quite expensive. We did not have a car but there was a bus stop near the apartment and we went to Albufeira one day by bus and it was very easy to get to. There is no public transport to Vilamoura but we walked along the beach one day. It took us about an hour but we had a short stop in a cafe along the way. I loved the boat trip to the caves from Albufeira. We did not book in advance but just got one of the small boats on the beach which seemed to be a lot cheaper than the ones advertised in the tourist office. All in all a great holiday and would definitely go back.

The perfect holiday

Beautiful spacious apartment with plenty of room for everybody in a stunning complex. It is perfectly located beside a small but plentiful supermarket and a village square with four or five great quality restaurants, and the prices are very reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised by how perfect everything was. Very relaxing holdiay. The beach is beautiful, and the children 14, 12 & 9 loved the wole experience. We will definitely be back.
