A second floor two bedroom, two bathroom, air conditioned apartment in the tranquil part of the Algarve. Completed in 2004. Set in the orange Groves of Quinta do Paiva.There is a fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. A lounge dining area with satellite TVand sofa beds offering additional sleeping accommodation. For those relaxing evenings you can dine on the side terrace with a built-in barbeque or a ten minute walk to the Retiro do Isca restaurant. The side terrace is ideal for sunbathing in the day on the sun beds provided. There is a communal pool overlooked from the apartment which is ideal for children and adults alike. Falesia and Olhos Agua beaches are five minutes by car. Golfers you are five minutes drive from the Pine Cliffs or ten minutes drive from the Vilamoura courses.For those wanting a par 3 course Balaia Golf Village is a ten minute drive.Nelsons bar is a short walk where you can play pool,snooker, table tennis and darts

Algarve is a region famous for its Mild sunny climate and long sandy beaches. There is virtually no rain in summer time. The apartment block is in the quiet area of Albufeira surrounded by Orange Groves. You are a 10 minutes drive either into the centres of Vilamoura or Albufeira. You are close to all the main golf courses, supermarkets, bank and numerous restaurants. The algarve shopping centre at Guia is a 20 minute journey where there are shops of all kinds, a cinema, bowling and all types of restaurants.

Notes: This apartment has two bedrooms , one with en suite shower , the other with bath and shower. The dining and living area can seat up six people and contains a satellite T V. The main feature of this property is the side terrace which is private with a built in barbecue. You can eat under the pagoda with its wooden garden furniture or have a snack on the sun beds. There is a balcony at the front with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. If you wish to sit in the gardens there is a communal barbecue where you can get to know your neighbours. Cots and high chairs are available on request . Iron and Ironing board are available. The property is fully managed and staff are on 24 hour call .

Beautiful Place

Calm and quiet place. House well equiped. With a beautiful view. Need a car to go to the beach, but the pool serves that problem, if we can considered that a problem. Best vacations I hade in the last years.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A Prime Location

This apartment in Vale De Carro is a little off the beaten track to give families peace and quiet but only a short drive from several different beaches and plenty of restaurants. Situated on the top floor (of only three floors), the large roof terrace with built in barbeque and views to three sides, really makes this a fabulous place to stay. There is a communal pool which even in high season rarely gets busy, set in lovely gardens. With two bathrooms and two big bedrooms this is a spacious comfortable apartment with everything you need for a family ... even bbc on the TV. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as its in a superb location, in the middle of orange groves not far from Villamoura and Albefeira and only half an hour from Faro airport.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
