This first floor property is situated in the old village Vilamoura and can be used along with property number 12598 to accommodate up to 12 people, the properties being no more than a 30 second walk from each other. This townhouse has a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and a separate dining room which leads on to the fully fitted kitchen, 3 twin bedded rooms (1 en-suite), all of which are fully air-conditioned,cool or hot, a second bathroom for the remaining 2 bedrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. The large roof terrace also has sea and golf views and a BBQ with seating and sunbathing. The complex has the use of 3 swimming pools with sun beds available for hire (charges apply in the summer) and has a children’s grassed play area with climbing frame and slide etc. The old village is surrounded by the beautiful fairways of pinhal golf course and its own picturesque gardens and walkways. The complex also has an on site supermarket which is open every day, 6 restaurants and bars.

Vilamoura can be the perfect place to stay for whatever type of holiday you may be looking for.If its lazing on the beautiful beaches, enjoying any kind of watersports you can think of, playing golf on one of the 4 soon to be 5 championship golf courses or enjoying a fun packed holiday with the kids with 4 water parks within a 45 minute drive, zoo marine where you can swim with the dolphins(book very early) or just sitting around the pool lapping up the sun in Europe’s finest climate. Vilamouras famous marina is a 15 minute walk away with its large range of designer shops restaurants bars and cafes and the beach which is about a 25 minute walk.

Golf information.: This 3 bedroom townhouse is less than 10 minutes drive from vilamouras 4 soon to be 5 championship golf courses. The OLD COURSE being one of the first courses built in the Algarve and still the favourite in Vilamoura with every hole being lined with umbrella pines. PINHAL is also lined by pine trees for most of the course and on the back 9 you also get glimpses of the sea. LAGUNA as the name suggests has plenty of water holes so bring plenty of balls with you for this one. MILLENIUM has a contrast of tight pine tree lined holes and some nice open holes that encourage you to open up your shoulders. You will enjoy playing any or all of these courses.
