This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse has its own small garden, with a patio, table, chairs and sunloungers, which leads onto the main swimming pool. The en suite bedroom on the first floor has its own balcony overlooking the pool. All 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. On the roof is a large sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing, with a bbq, sunloungers and table and chairs. The lounge comfortably sits 6 people, and you can either dine in or outside on the patio. A well equipped kitchen, with oven, washing machine, microwave etc. The supermarket, restaurants and quiet bars are less than a minutes walk away. This townhouse can be used along with property numbers 12598 and 13580 to cater for up to 18 people, all within a minutes walk of each other. Please note that the Old village has a charge for the use of the sunloungers around the pool in the busier months of the season.

The old village is located in the centre of vilamoura, just a 20 minute walk or 2 minute taxi ride from Europe’s largest marina, with its wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and designer shops. Miles and miles of safe sandy beaches are a 30 minute walk away. Within a 5 minute drive are Vilamouras 5 championship golf courses, which will test any golfer. The complex has its own supermarket, restaurants, and bars all within a couple of minutes walk. Vilamoura can satisfy any sporting need you may have, and is also great if you just want to laze around enjoying the fabulous weather.
