A luxury air-conditioned/climate controlled apartment, on second (top) floor, comprising hallway, lounge/dining room, spacious kitchen, family bathroom, en-suite shower room to main bedroom, and two twin-bed rooms. There is lift access and secure allocated garage parking in the basement. The kitchen is superbly fitted with Bosch appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher; and is large enough for 6 people to breakfast. The main bathroom, positioned at the head of the central hallway, is fully tiled and has a spa bath with shower. The en-suite shower room is also fully tiled and is fitted with a full width shower tray and twin basins. The lounge/dining room is furnished with modern leather upholstered chairs and a sofa; it has satellite TV (UK channels), DVD and CD player. Accessed from the lounge or dining area is the west facing terrace which is furnished with patio chairs & table. The terrace overlooks the rural neighbourhood and has views to Vila Sol golf course.

The village of Fonte Santa is located between Almancil and Quarteira in the Algarve’s ‘Golden Triangle’, and just 20 minutes west from Faro airport. Al Sakia Village is a select development of Villas, Town Houses and Apartments, and is an ideal location for easy access to a variety of coastal attractions as well as the championship golf courses, all within a few minutes drive.

Faro airport is approximately 2h 45 flying time from Luton, Stansted, Gatwick or Heathrow. Regular flights are available all year round. Saturday is a convenient change-over day, and is prefered in mid and peak season; however, other days would be considered, particularly in low season weeks.

Prices are for a 7 day week. Additional days will be calculated pro-rata. Tariffs for additional services are available on request. A damage deposit of £200 is taken with final payment eight weeks before arrival.
During July and August we prefer a Saturday arrival day but may have some flexibility on this - please enquire.

| Notes: | Within the village complex and only a short walking distance from the apartment, (3 mins), there is a fully air-conditioned gym, with sauna, solarium, and dance studio. The extensive landscaped grounds of the Fazenda das Aguas club provide a large swimming pool, a separate children’s pool and children’s play area, beautiful gardens with lovely shaded areas and tennis courts. A restaurant, bar and café provide a lively meeting place with meals and snacks served either inside or by the pool. Sunbeds are available at small daily cost. All these amenities are freely available to our guests; some facilities may have controlled terms of use The club rules are available to view. Access to our apartment: : the lift operates from all levels, but there are 4 steps from the internal entrance lobby to lift level, so access is not ideal for those requiring flat floor access. |

A lovely clean & well maintained apartment. Everything you need in the kitchen is supplied, just like being home. Plenty of room, not on top of one another like in most apartments. Also 3 balconies enjoying the sun at different times of the day. Importantly the lounge balcony afternoon & evening to enjoy the views. I will be looking to book again next year if we go back to Portugal & would highly recommend to friends.
