A luxury air-conditioned/climate controlled apartment, on second (top) floor, comprising hallway, lounge/dining room, spacious kitchen, family bathroom, en-suite shower room to main bedroom, and two twin-bed rooms. There is lift access and secure allocated garage parking in the basement. The kitchen is superbly fitted with Bosch appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher; and is large enough for 6 people to breakfast. The main bathroom, positioned at the head of the central hallway, is fully tiled and has a spa bath with shower. The en-suite shower room is also fully tiled and is fitted with a full width shower tray and twin basins. The lounge/dining room is furnished with modern leather upholstered chairs and a sofa; it has satellite TV (UK channels), DVD and CD player. Accessed from the lounge or dining area is the west facing terrace which is furnished with patio chairs & table. The terrace overlooks the rural neighbourhood and has views to Vila Sol golf course.

The room is conveniently placed at the end of the internal hall so providing easy access from both bedrooms. The en-suite shower room is also fitted with white sanitary ware, which includes twin wash-hand basins. There is a power socket adjacent, and the back wall to the basins is mirrored in one piece and well lit. The shower itself is 'wet-room' style, taking up the furthest third of the room. Both bathrooms are ceramic tiled through out.

  • The master bedroom is light and spacious, fitted with pine furniture and with a large white finish twin wardrobe, which provides ample hanging space, and room for suitcases. There is a pine dressing table with mirrors, and additional lighting. The adjoining en-suite shower room opens off the dressing area. Bedroom 2 is at the furthest end of the corridor. This room is fitted with two modern beds, bedside table each, and a large built-in wardrobe. This room has a small balcony, which is accessed through the patio doors. Bedroom 3 is similar to bedroom 2, but has a smaller wardrobe, and no balcony. Both these rooms are close to the family bathroom at the end of the corridor. All bedroom floors are ceramic tiled.

Notes: Within the village complex and only a short walking distance from the apartment, (3 mins), there is a fully equipped gym, with sauna, solarium, and dance studio. The extensive landscaped grounds of the Fazenda das Aguas club provide a large swimming pool, a separate children’s pool (no life guard on duty) and beautiful gardens with lovely shaded areas and tennis courts. A restaurant, bar and café provide a lively meeting place with meals and snacks served either inside or by the pool. Sunbeds are available at small daily cost. All these amenities are freely available to our guests; some facilities may have controlled terms of use The club rules are available to view. Access to our apartment: : the lift operates from all levels, but there are 4 steps from the internal entrance lobby to lift level, so access is not ideal for those requiring flat floor access.

Having stayed at this apartment several times over the past few years we continue to look forward to our return! The spacious apartment caters for every need, and with three large balconies there is always somewhere to read a book in the sun or shade!

Visiting on various occasions with my partner, with family and on a 'girls getaway' Al sakia village provides an excellent base to explore as well as offering wonderful facilities on site at the pool and restaurant area. The surrounding area offers loads to do and we never run out of places to explore on our return!

I would suggest car hire is advisable, especially with children, but we have visited without a car and hired bikes to get around locally and taxis to get further afield. Local taxis are easy to get hold of and not expensive, drivers are usually english speaking too.

I cannot recommend the apartment enough, a wonderful holiday guaranteed!

Perfect apartment for a peaceful, relaxing holiday for couples or family.Ideal for a home from home holiday- clean,well maintained,everything you would have at home- just need to buy food. Large pool area is well landscaped-as shown on photographs. Close to the beach etc but a car is recommended.Short walk in evening to local bars and restaurants . Definitely would use this apartment again!

Our stay was short but totally relaxing and the appartment and its presentation more than covered our needs, in fact it trully was a home from home. The location and services were better than anticipated and totally lived upto the description of the property detail, and without a doubt made our visit a trully wonderfull and relaxing time. For a family this appartment offers all that could be desired especially with its location being close to the beach and towns of both interest and entertainment.

My husband and I returned for a second visit to this lovely apartment. Not only is the accommodation well planned and beautifully furnished but it is spotlessly clean. I can only endorse other visitors' comments about the owner's helpfulness and attention to detail - it makes all the difference to a happy holiday!

The facilities on site were perfect - fantastic swimming pool, sunloungers and a bar and restaurant which offers excellent food at good prices - we ate off site on only one evening!!

Overall a thoroughly relaxing holiday!
