This large 2 bedroom apartment (105 sq. m) with an extra 60 sq. m terrace provides spacious accommodation for the discerning customer to enjoy their holiday. The apartment is located close to The Millennium, Laguna and Victoria golf courses and only a few minutes further a field you have the Old Course, Pinhal and Vila Sol courses. Keen golfing rates can be arranged if you need. The pool has a shallow children’s area, walk-in steps and is surrounded by ample sun terracing and contains communal pool equipment. The ground floor terrace of the apartment enters onto the pool area and it has barbecue facilities that are available for clients to use.

The popular Vilamoura marina is also just 5 minutes drive away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The Casino is located near the marina and offers excellent entertainment including wonderful shows which rival the standard of the Moulin Rouge and the Lido. For the children there are excellent water-parks and go-karting available nearby in Almancil.

Since the Apartment is on the ground floor, the terrace opens onto the swimming pool area and as the Complex contains only 12 Apartments in total, the swimming pool area can be considered quiet and secluded. For your added comfort and touch of luxury, electric curtains have been fitted to the living room and master bedroom patio windows.

Fantasic apartment, and great pool for the kids, apartment had everything you need for a holiday. Very spacious apartment and very quiet. You will need a car to get around and Vilamoura is 5 mins away, and is easy to get to.

This really is a fantastic apartment

We stayed here for 10 days with our 3 year old twins in Sept 09.

The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well laid out. The security was a big concern for us but we had no need to worry, all doors can be securely fastened. The lockable gate to the pool area is a great benefit to those with small children.

I would say that a car is actually quite essential staying here. Although there are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, this property is situated on a quiet development away from the town centre. Taxis into the marina area were not cheap and I understood that the buses were infrequent. Obviously if you are looking for a quiet holiday, then this apartment would be ideal. There appeared to be several golf courses within walking distance though!

The kitchen is well equipped (although more cooking utensils would have been handy!).

The pool area is fantastic. Attractively designed and kept very clean.

We were also very impressed with the communication from the agents who manage the apartment. They contacted us the day before we were due to arrive to confirm all details, provided me with information about taxis and local amenities. They were efficient and friendly.

We would not hesitate to rebook this apartment again for a future holiday.

What a Fantastic Apartment

I spent 2 weeks at this ground floor apartment with a large terrace out the back. I was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and clean and the owners must have spent a lot of money on the furnishing as they were top class. We ate on theterrace evry day as we watched the kids splash in the pool. There is a gate at the back of the terrace which can be locked if you have any small children. We had one and this kept her at bay.

The area is very safe and there is even a CCTV system in place. This is the best I've stayed in on the Algarve and I have stayed in quite a few.
