A spacious, first floor luxury apartment adjacent to the Millennium golf course, and close to central Vilamoura with its vibrant marina and award-winning Falesia beach. The large lounge/dining room leads out on to a south facing balcony which enjoys day-long sunshine, overlooking the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. There are great views over Vilamoura and the surrounding pine forests and a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The apartment is stylishly decorated with quality furnishings including leather sofas in the lounge. The well-equipped dining kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a television with UK Sky TVand CD/DVD player. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a separate shower room. The lounge has a sofa bed. A travel cot and highchair are available for families at no cost. The apartment is air-conditioned and heating is available.

Vilamoura is undoubtedly the Algarve's premier holiday resort. The apartment is located in the Terracos do Pinhal area, adjacent to the Millennium golf course, and minutes away from the marina and beaches. The marina enjoys a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, offering family-friendly and more sophisticated dining. It also has one of the few casinos in the Algarve. The long, sandy award-winning Falesia beach is ideal for family holidays. There is also everything for the sports enthusiast. Golf is the main sports attraction, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity and numerous others close by. There is also horse-riding, a tennis centre and a bowling green. There are several water parks in the vicinity, and the Zoomarine park. A car is recommended, but not essential. There is a nearby bus stop, with a service operating to Vilamoura, and other local villages including Albufeira. Taxis are also reasonable. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

Notes: This is an extremely spacious and airy apartment, so can comfortably accommodate up to six adults. The decor is modern and stylish. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawer unit and bedside tables. There are patio doors from this bedroom leading to a balcony. The ensuite has both a bath and shower, as well as a vanity wash basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobe and a bedside table. The separate shower room has a shower with curtain. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge with a comfortable, deep mattress. A travel cot and high chair are available for infants. The large kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a table and four chairs on the balcony, and four sunloungers are located by the pool for the exclusive use of our guests. There is secure underground parking, and a lift to take you to the apartment. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and heating is available if necessary.

Golf: Vilamoura is a true golfer's paradise, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Discounted golf packages are available. The Old Course was Vilamoura’s first, opened in 1969. It enjoys gentle, sloping hills with tree-lined fairways. This course hosted the Portuguese Open in 1970 and 1979. Pinhal winds through umbrella pines. It’s not as difficult as the Old Course and is more forgiving for the average golfer, but still a challenge. On the Laguna course, water hazards come into play on more than half the holes, so bring plenty of golf balls! It is a real test of golfing accuracy. The Millennium Course, opened in 2000, is one of the most attractive and interesting courses in Portugal. Finally, the brand new Victoria Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, was opened in September 2004. It hosted the Algarve World Cup in November 2005. This is destined to become one of the best courses in Europe. There are numerous other courses nearby, including Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vila Sol.
