This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is located in the Vila Sol Golf, Beach and Country club. Fully furnished to a high standard, it has an open plan dining/living area with French doors out to a large terrace overlooking the communal pool and garden area. Cable TV, DVD and HiFi. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with washing machine and integrated dishwasher. The Vilasol complex now has a supermarket, deli/coffee shop, irish pub, bank and other shops within the grounds. There is also a golf driving range and tennis courts. The Vila Sol 27 hole golf course is within the complex, with four other golf courses within easy reach. Vilamoura's marina is also worth a visit, with its harbour, restaurants, shops, bars and sandy beaches. This is a perfect place for a golfing or relaxing holiday.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished and provided a very well equiped kitchen for catering for a young family (one of the best we have stayed in).

The agent called to make sure we had landed safely and were en route and then met us at the apartment - very helpful.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Vila Sol complex and would definately return again. The apartment has a huge terrace which is perfect for leisurely evening meals and the children could have spent all day in the pools!

I would definately recommend a car as this gives the flexibility to either stroll Vilamoura marina for the early evening "promenade" or pop down to Quarteria for a coffee & ice cream with the Portuguese holiday makers.

Good sized apt, lovely sunny terrace.

Good sized apt with lovely sunny terrace until early evening. Both bedrooms have ensuites.
Kitchen was well equipped tho little workbench space.

Apt was very clean when we arrived but there was a problem with slaters (bugs) coming into the bathrooms at night. Every morning we'd to watch where we stepped!

Would need a car to stay here as its miles to the nearest shop.
Disappointed not to find a welcome pack of basics like milk, bread and water.

Would recommend the property if bug problem was solved.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. The bug problem has now been resolved and are no longer in the apartment. A welcome food parcel is available if booked in advance. This contains milk, bread, water, butter, eggs. cheese, ham, orange juice, coffee and t. bags.

Excellent apartment and facilities

The apartment was located in a very quiet area and even though we visited in mid August we were one of only two or three families using the pool. Everything was just perfect and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well equipped the apartment is. Credit also to the agent who phoned me when we were at the baggage reclaim and then met us at the apartment - perfect timing. We will certainly be recommending you to our family and friends, hopefully once I have a sufficient golf handicap I will return to use the excellent facilities at Vila sol
