A beautiful ground floor apartment, located in the neighbourhood of the Millennium and Victoria golf courses. The apartment is modern and comfortable and located in a small and quiet condominium. It particularly suits young families looking for a safe and comfortable location but close to Vilamoura. The clubhouses are only a short walk away and the apartment is surrounded by the Millennium course. The neighbourhood is quiet and stylish with high quality villas and modern apartments. The restaurants, shops and hotels of the marina are a five minute drive as is the fabulous Falesia beach. The two bedroom (one double and one twin) and two bathroom apartment is a fully air conditioned ground floor apartment overlooking a quiet swimming pool and tastefully landscaped gardens. The apartment itself is furnished to the highest standards and includes all the facilities of a luxury apartment, including washing machine, cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer and TV/DVD (with BBC & ITV).

The apartment is located close to the Millennium and Victoria golf clubhouses. This is a newly developed area about 3km from Vilamoura's famous marina and from the golden sandy beach at Felesia. The neighbourhood is quiet and up-market with stylish villas and modern apartments that are busy all year around. Vilamoura is an outstanding holiday destination in that it is one of the largest single tourist complex in Europe. The land is variable in its vegetation, some parts covered in pine forests whilst others open recovered marshland. Due to its size it offers the visitor nearly every form of sport and entertainment, and its southern border is lined by a long sandy beach. Amongst the attractions and facilities there are six different Golf Courses, a tennis club, equestrian centre and at its heart, a large Marina complete with restaurants, hotels and stylish shops. This apartment offers the benefit of comfort and relaxation with the bonus of all Vilamoura has to offer on your doorstep!

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning system can also heat the apartment during the winter months. Communal Pool: While the pool is communal it is shared by 12 apartments and is therefore very lightly used. Baby chair: The apartment does not have a high chair but an inflatable baby chair is available and this can be strapped to one of the ordinary dining room chairs for use as a high chair. TV Service: The apartment is fitted with a SKY free to air decoder that receives all the BBC & ITV channels, Ch4, SKYNews, etc. The TV can also pick up radio including RTE. Wheelchair Accessibility: As a ground floor apartment wheelchair access is possible though only through the patio doors and the condominium back door (the condominium front door has three steps).

Golf: Vilamoura is without doubt the premier European location for golf holidays in the sun. It enjoys a great reputation among golfers because of the quality of the golf courses and the 'craic' to be enjoyed afterwards in the marina. Within Vilamoura you will find Vilamoura's famous and wonderful Old Course, the challenging new Arnold Palmer designed Victoria and the enjoyable Pinhal, Laguna and Millennium courses. On the outskirts you will also find the 27 holes of the world famous Vila Sol. Less than 20 minutes east you will find six more courses in Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo including the unmissable San Lanzerenco and Quinta do Lago South Course. To book golf in the Algarve simply visit one of the many on-line golf tee time agencies. Alternatively, you can book in one of the many agencies that advertise throughout the Algarve. We booked this apartment in August 2007 as we have 2 young children and one teenager. The apartment is very clean and spacious and with the benefit of having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms available, it was a very comfortable environment for us to live in for 2 weeks.

The swimming pool area was of most importance to us, especially with young children. It was very private and safe, As the apartment was a ground floor accommodation, we had fantastic access to the pool, walking straight out to it. You could also view the pool from any window in the apartment.

The apartment itself was also extremely safe with the security system they had in place. The kitchen is very modern and has all the amenities you need. There is also sattellite TV and a DVD player available in a very comfortable lounge area.

The apartment is situtated in a private complex amongst the backdrop of the golf courses, which itself makes it very appealing, as well as being in the lovely resort of Villamoura. A car is most definately required during a stay here, not just for getting around Villamoura, but to enjoy all that the Algarve has to offer, especially the water parks and beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars in Villamoura, but it is probably not the best holiday for teenagers as there is not alot of nightlife for that age group.

We enjoyed our holiday so much we re-booked for 2008 and had an equally enjoyable time once again. We made alot of friends with other people around the pool during our stay as did our children so they were never bored. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday with their family. The owners were very approachable and helpful with any queries we had and this made it very easy for us to plan and enjoy our holiday.

The apartment was quite nice and amenities fine. The property was quite clean and well-maintained. The owner provided very good customer service and quite helpful. I strongly recommend the apartment to someone visiting Portugal provided that they rent a car because the apartment is far from the beach.
We went out to eat at a restaurant in Quarteira called TICO TICO - very nice, cheap and very portuguese.
