A very attractive apartment sleeps 6 comfortably with one double room, one twin room and two sofa beds in the large lounge area. A travel cot is provided for an infant. The apartment benefits from a fully fitted kitchen, including: spacious area for preparation of meals, a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. There is a television and DVD player, great for the kids if you want to keep them out of the sun whilst you sunbath on the extremely spacious 30ft x 20ft private terrace. There is fitted AIR CONDITIONING, which is a must for those long hot summers. The communal swimming pools, one adult one child's, are a short walk from your door, with sun loungers and a fully licensed food/drinks bar. It is the perfect place to relax, especially after a mornings round of golf on one of the SIX Top Courses. Many of which have been home to the Portuguese OPEN.

The apartment is situated in the centre of SIX top GOLF Courses, one of which is the new Arnold Palmer VICTORIA COURSE, host to the ALGARVE WORLD CUP 2005. I can offer a 30% discount on green fees to guest's. It is only 25 minutes by car from FARO Airport. 25 Minute walk into the spectacular Marina, which can cater for everyone's needs, whether you are a couple or a group. The marina houses over 130 restaurants/bars offering every kind of entertainment. A casino and night clubs are also there for your pleasure. A leisurely 30 minute drive west along the N125 will bring you to CLIFF RICHARDS vine yard, which offers tours and wine tasting. There is also great shopping at the mall in front of the vine yard and also in Faro itself. 5 minutes on from the vine yard is ZOOMARINA, a lovely day out for the children and adult alike. Within 15mins drive there a 2 water parks, about 20 euros per adult, so quite reasonably priced.

Notes to the rental rates

  • We would require a 25% deposit upon booking and the balance 30 days before departure. We would need flight details once booked to give to reception, so that a key hand over can be conveniently considered. We do not have a strict deadline on leaving the property and like to be able to give the client the whole day. There is nothing worse than checking out early and not flying till late that night, having nowhere to shower or leave luggage; so we are VERY flexible on this. Our aim is to give you the most pleasant stay possible and hope that you feel at home. If there are are any requirements you need please email us and we will do our up most to fulfil them for you.
  • We can book tee times on all the 5 MAJOR VILAMOURA GOLF COURSES and offer 30% Discount to you. This would have to be paid up front as the courses take it straight from us.

Fitted wardrobe in the hallway with chest of drawers inside.
