Golf: There are five championship golf courses in Vilamoura, including the Arnold Palmer designed Victoria which opened in September 2004 and plays host to the golf World Cup in 2005. Each course has professionals to provide instruction and there is also an independent golf academy which uses state-of-the-art technology. On request, golf can be booked in advance. Please put your request in early if you want specific times and dates.
Vilamoura Marina: The marina is perhaps the hub of Vilamoura. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in this exquisite setting and the palm tree studded marina plays hosts to many yachts and ships.
