Additional information about rental rates

• BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
  Please complete the enclosed booking form and return it together with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost. The full balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure including the damage deposit.
  If a booking is made and confirmed within 8 weeks of the departure date, full payment including damage deposit must be returned with your Booking Form. A refundable damage/security deposit is required to cover damage, accidental or otherwise to the holiday rental property during the period of your stay.
  A charge of £800 pound sterling (or currency equivalent) for a 4 bed plus property.
  This deposit will be refunded to you within 4 weeks of your return.
  Failure to send the balance of moneys by the due date may result in the cancellation of your holidays. Dishonoured charges will also be treated as a cancellation of your booking.
  Placing a booking in writing donates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Except where otherwise stated, all high seasons rentals will include electricity – water – gas.
  However, the property owners reserve the right to charge for additional or excessive usage.
  These services will be charged as extra during winter and low season usage. The reserved accommodation is provided solely for the use of the clients listed on the booking form.
  Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited and will automatically invalidate the agreement to provide accommodation.
  In the unlikely event that the reserved property should become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will use our best endeavours to find similar or superior alternative accommodation. Any damage or breakage should be notified to us immediatley.
  Where minor items are concerned, it is preferable to settle payment locally thus avoiding deductions from the damage deposit.
• If you are obliged to cancel your holiday after payment of your deposit the party leader should notify us in writing by recorded delivery.
  The following charges will be applied.
  • All cancellations – Forfeiture of deposit.
  • More than 56 days prior to departure – 50% of total holiday cost.
  • Less than 56 days to departure – 100% of total holiday cost.
  Wherever possible we will endeavour to re-sell the accommodation weeks that have been cancelled, should we be successful then the client would only forfeit their deposit. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND all our clients to obtain holiday travel insurance against such eventualities. You are requested not to arrive prior to 16.00Hrs and to depart no later than 10.00Hrs. This allows the property to be fully prepared for each new arrival.
