Villa Eber is a new villa situated 2,5km from the beach and Albufeira centre and consists of 4 separate rental units: 3 air conditioned apartments, two 2 bedroom apartments and one 1 bedroom apartment and for guests not requiring a kitchen a double bedroom with private bathroom. It enjoys superb location in a very quiet country area but only 5 minutes drive from the best sandy beaches of the region and capital of tourism in the Algarve - the town of Albufeira. BOOK NOW for 2010 with only 10% deposit !!!

The 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the villa and it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, both ensuite. It has a separate independent entrance through a veranda with table and chairs. The living room has TV, CD/DVD, safe and two comfortable sofas with one of them opening to a bed making a possibility to sleep an extra person. The separate kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric ceramic top cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cutlery. The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating in the winter months. Sleeps up to 5pax. Internet available in the apartment ( payable locally ) Maid service 3 times per week.

Algarve Shopping with food store, many restaurants, bowling and cinemas is only a few minutes by car as is Zoomarine,water parks and golf.

  • Please note, all the above rates are for ground floor, air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment based on occupancy of up to 4 pax. Extra bed for 5th person £49.00 per week. All rates are per apartment (not per person), per week in pounds sterling.
  • Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
  • 30% deposit required when making a reservation.
    Balance normally payable 6 weeks before arrival. Deposits can be paid direct to our UK bank or by bank transfer to our account in Portugal.
    Shorter stays than one week possible subject to availability.

Villa Eber - more details: All three 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are spacious, comfortable with air conditioning and verandas on the ground floor and balconies on the first floor. For guests not wanting a kitchen we also have DOUBLE BEDROOM with private bathroom with bath & shower combination, TV, fridge and kettle. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden Villa Eber offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds. A perfect setting away from the crowds for maximum relaxation. We can guarantee you a stress free holiday! Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels. There is a private parking on our premises.

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.: For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber. We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €37.00 for 2-4 people and €47.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes. There are two excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk and there is a local cafe just 50m from the villa. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside. A taxi to the centre of Albufeira is approximately £3.80. Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira about 5 minutes. A superb choice for your dream holiday at unbeatable price !

Dear Andrew & Ana ...............Lorraine, William and I would like to thank you very much for helping to make our first family holiday one of the most enjoable weeks that Lorraine and I have had in many years. The villa was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well located and the neighbours were all friedly and quiet. The sun, food and beaches were so good that , for the first time, we shall be looking to return to the same holiday home - namely Villa Eber. We hope to be in touch very soon ...Shaun, Lorraine and William......... We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at Villa Eber,we had an excellent time, thoroughly enjoed our stay and would like to book again for next year; can we have same apartment with balcony overlooking the garden? Absolutely Perfect

This was a very late booking for Viv and i, but if i had spent six months looking, i would not have bettered this Holiday.
From the moment i first spoke with Andrew, everything was dealt with in a professional manner.
As someone who knows albufeira, a villa thats location enables you to dip in and out of the old or new town when you like and escape back to the country just five minutes away is manner from heaven to us.
Each morning, it seemed, Andrew or Ana had a new location and maps for us to visit, be it a perfect hideaway beach or great Fish Restaurant.
The Villa itself is in pristine condition with a delightful private pool and garden area, satelite tv certainly helped when dining / having a night in. As others have mentioned, a car is a must, but the cost far outweighs Taxis returning to airport, nightly visits to town, trips to Lagos etc.
We will be recommending to all our friends and i know we will be back soon.

Arrived home last week after our 2 weeks at villa eber. Great peaceful location. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with a change of linen and towels throughout our stay. The kitchen was clean but basic. I would have happily swopped the dishwasher for an oven, although there was a BBQ in the garden .The pool was fantastic and a favourite with our girls. Andrew and Ana were extremely helpful and friendly and even handled our car hire which we would recommend. Albuferia and the locality are idealy suited.
The towns were beautiful,the beaches were also fantastic.
We had a really wonderful holiday!

Rest, relaxation and lots of fun!

We returned from Villa Eber last week and wish to thank Andrew for making our visit such a happy one. The villa is delightful and well located, provided you have a car. It is immaculately clean and we were impressed by the changing of sheets and towels through our 10 day stay. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for us and we enjoyed being able to breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun (with the cockerel quietly cheering us on in the background!) and have an evening drink on the 2nd balcony as the sun went down. The kitchen was well-enough equipped for our basic needs (quick pasta meals, omelets) but would not support cooking a 3-course meal as there's no oven - but you are on holiday, so who want to be doing that! Andrew was a font of local information and a great provider of idiot-proof maps to guide us. He was available and happy to help us whenever we needed, especially about local restaurants (we loved Tres Palmeiras - thank you Andrew). The villa is ideally located as a base for exploring the Algarve and there was always somewhere new to find, even though this was our 4th visit to Portugal. We look forward to returning soon and will most certainly make the Villa Eber our first choice to stay and have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Villa Eber review - June 09

My wife and I and twin daughters (11 months old) have just returned from a week at Villa Eber. I must say it was a great villa, beautifully maintained and great hosts (Andy & Anna) Nothing was too much hassell. We were welcome at 11p.m with 2 cool beers - exactly the refreshment required!!! They also drew maps to the best beaches

I would recommend hiring a car (They can be pricey) but again Andy sorted all of this for us. We managed to fit all our things and twin buggy into a renault clio which was perfect for the week.

There is now sky TV in the villa and internet access (An additional charge is applied for this) Note it is not wireless and apparently does not work with a macbook. In general WIfi is difficult to locate in the Algarve. We found a great place about 7km for the Villa called "Scooby's" they had swings and a park for our girls, wifi, swimming pool and great hosts.

Back to the villa. It had nearly everything you need apart from a cooker, although there was a hob and microwave, still impossible to cook a pizza.

Overall if you want a quiet retreat and are prepared to travel for restaurants etc (Not far about 2km) then villa Eber is the place for you.
