Villa Eber is a new villa situated 2,5km from the beach and Albufeira centre and consists of 4 separate rental units: 3 air conditioned apartments, two 2 bedroom apartments and one 1 bedroom apartment and for guests not requiring a kitchen a double bedroom with private bathroom. It enjoys superb location in a very quiet country area but only 5 minutes drive from the best sandy beaches of the region and capital of tourism in the Algarve - the town of Albufeira. BOOK NOW for 2010 with only 10% deposit !!!

The 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa and has a spacious bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobe. The patio doors from the bedroom open to a large balcony with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the countryside. In the distance you can even see the sea! The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic top cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle , toaster and cutlery. The spacious living room has TV, CD/DVD, safe, sofa bed making a possibility to sleep an extra person and patio doors opening to another smaller balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating in the winter. Sleeps 2-3pax. Maid service 3 times per week.

Algarve is a region renowned for its mild and sunny climate,its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sport facilities.It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunshine per year.It's mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months.February sees the start of the spring and it's warm in October.The old town of Albufeira which perches on the cliff top overlooking the beach, retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch on Praia dos Pescadores ( Fisherman's beach ) There are 2 excellent local restaurants, both with bars open until late within about 10 minutes walk from Villa Eber and another one during the summer months at the near by Clube Albufeira with famous barbecues on Wednesday nights where you can eat and drink as much as you like ! Algarve Shopping with food store, many restaurants, bowling and cinemas is only a few minutes by car as is Zoomarine,water parks and golf.

  • Please note, all the above rates are for the first floor, air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment based on occupancy of up to 2 pax. Extra person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room £49.00 per week. All rates are per apartment ( not per person), per week in pounds sterling.
  • Arrive on any day of the week ( flights are normally much cheaper midweek ) but please note in high
    season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
  • 30% deposit required when making a reservation.
    Balance normally payable 6 weeks before arrival. Deposits can be paid direct to our UK bank or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal.
    Shorter stays than one week possible subject to availability.

Villa Eber - more details: All three 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are spacious, comfortable with air conditioning and verandas on the ground floor and balconies on the first floor. For guests not wanting a kitchen we also have DOUBLE BEDROOM with private bathroom with bath & shower combination, TV, fridge and kettle. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden Villa Eber offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds. A perfect setting away from the crowds for maximum relaxation. We can guarantee you a stress free holiday! Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels. There is a private parking on our premises.

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.: For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber. We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €37.00 for 2-4 people and €47.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes. There are two excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk and there is a local cafe just 50m from the villa. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside. A taxi to the centre of Albufeira is approximately £3.80. Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira about 5 minutes. A superb choice for your dream holiday at unbeatable price !

Dear Andrew & Ana ...............Lorraine, William and I would like to thank you very much for helping to make our first family holiday one of the most enjoable weeks that Lorraine and I have had in many years. The villa was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well located and the neighbours were all friedly and quiet. The sun, food and beaches were so good that , for the first time, we shall be looking to return to the same holiday home - namely Villa Eber. We hope to be in touch very soon ...Shaun, Lorraine and William......... We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at Villa Eber,we had an excellent time, thoroughly enjoed our stay and would like to book again for next year; can we have same apartment with balcony overlooking the garden? We have just returned from a one week stay at Villa Eber and Albufeira.The Villa is immaculate and extremely well maintained, set in lovely gardens with a private pool.Andrew and Ana are very professional and helpful giving us all the information required with regard to transport,taxis,restaurants and shopping etc.As our stay was for one week we did not hire a car.The old town of albufeira is only a short taxi trip away and costs approximately 4 euros.We had a lovely walk in the sourrounding hills of Mouraria and found Cliff Richard,s winery and the Algarve shopping centre.We would recommend this property to friends and family and hope to return next year - no more slumming it with Thomas Cook etc.

First class holiday accommodation

We have just returned from a 9 day holiday at Villa Eber and were really impressed with every aspect of our stay. The villa's details on the website appealed to us when planning our trip and on arrival surpassed our high expectations. ( We look for high quality accommodation in an attractive setting, accessible to but not in a holiday resort). Our first floor one bedroom apartment at Villa Eber was immaculate and spacious with one large balcony and a smaller one - so we had sunshine most of the day, through to early evening. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, crockery etc. When not out and about, we enjoyed relaxing at the lovely swimming pool and surrounding garden area. The Villa's setting is tranquil and rural, although only a few kilometres from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira - a short 5 minute taxi ride or drive and we were in the old town area, with shops, bars, restaurants and good supermarkets. Andrew and Ana's informative, professional, though unobtrusive, service throughout our stay ensured we had opportunity to enjoy the many places of interest and lovely beaches all within easy driving distance of Villa Eber (we especially enjoyed the beach at Sao Rafael and a trip to the mountain village of Alte and the town of Silves). Villa Eber is well placed to see most of the Algarve for those not wanting to just stay put and enjoy relaxing at the pool and the surrounding countryside. We certainly plan to go back to Villa Eber and have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others. Thanks again to Andrew and Ana - really wonderful hosts.

A wonderful experience

First time we've stayed in a villa and have to say it puts many top hotels to shame.
The accommodation is immaculate,as are the gardens and pool.
The location is perfect.Close enough to the hustle and bustle off Albufeira but within minutes you can be back relaxing in what feels like your own private villa.There is also the added bonus of strolling down the nearby country lanes and seeing the lovely flowers which seem to cover most of the neighbouring villas.
We spent three lovely weeks here and wish it could have been longer.
Andrew and Ana are the perfect host and hostess and cannot do enough for you.
Andrew met us at the gate and even had cold drinks for us
which were very welcome as the temperature was a lot different from England,even though it was September.
Thanks to Andrew's excellent drawing of maps,we were able to discover places which we probably wouldn't have found ourselves.
This is truly 5 star accommodation at reasonable prices and we will definitely make every effort to return again.
Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends.
