Beautifully fitted and well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine with dining table. Stairs to Superb galleried landing ideal for chilling out with doors leading to the upstairs balcony with stunning views across to Burgau and the sea beyond. Outside terraced area with sun loungers and dining table. Swimming pool, which can be heated in cooler months. Shaded carport and wonderfully landscaped gardens with lawned areas. The Villa is within 15 minutes of 2 of the Algarve’s most renowned golf courses, Parque de Florestra and Boavista.
