This stunning townhouse is situated in Dunas Douradas, a safe, friendly family resort situated on the most prestigious part of the Algarve coastline, only 20 mins from Faro airport. The villa is well appointed and spacious. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and two lounge areas . Access to the south facing patio, undercover dining area/private pool is from the lounges and kitchen. The patio and pool attracts the sun all day. Sunloungers, umbrellas and BBQ are provided. The beach is a safe 5 minutes walk by a private road and through the nature reserve or 2 minutes by car. Dunas Douradas has 24 hour security. There is an impressive communal roman style swimming pool and children’s pool membership of which is included in the price. Tennis courts, and golf courses are at a discount. There are 7 golf courses within 15 mins drive, Vale do lobo tennis academy is 5 mins walk. VDL Praca (restaurant, bars and nightlife) is 5 minutes by car.The beach club is 5 minutes walk.

Dunas Douradas is set in an idyllic and peaceful location. The glorious sandy beach is endless in either direction and is a safe and pleasant 5 minute walk or a two minute drive. There are 7 restaurants within walking distance and many more within a 10 minutes' drive. Nearby Vale do Lobo Praca has crazy golf ,a crèche/kids club,restaurants and night life. Barringtons Health Club offering numerous sporting facilities is also nearby. There are six water/theme parks within easy driving distance, plus there is plenty of sightseeing in the region. Golfers are spoilt for choice with 13 courses on the doorstep (discounts and club hire available).The adjacent Vale do Lobo tennis academy offers weekly courses and tuition and includes 14 courts, gym, pool and bar/restaurants. The local town of Almancil offers supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc.These fabulous beaches and our stunning villa are only 2+ hours from numerous airports in the UK / Europe and 20 mins' drive from Faro airport
