And a further dining area for BBQ’s & catching up with the days events. On a slightly raised level is the plunge pool with a small sunbathing deck to the side. Ideally this charming villa is perfect for a group of friends or a small family who appreciates the good things in life.

Notes to the rental rates

• Thursday changeover during peak season, off peak flexible. Cot and high chair can be hired at a small extra charge, and a fold up bed can be hired at an extra £50 per week. End of week clean and linen change - Please note beach towels are not provided.
  
• Please note for air-conditioning there is a charge of £45 per week, either payable with booking or locally.

Owners notes

The villa is deceptively spacious and tastefully furnished as it was equipped for the owner’s personal use and not the rental market. This year they have decided to rent their home and hope that guests who come to stay will enjoy it as much as they do.

Local attractions

Visit some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, less than 10 minutes by car. Or for something more energetic try one of the many Waterparks, Zoomarine, Krazy World, Karting or check out the Algarve shopping centre, with there are fabulous shops, a bowling alley & multi cinemas. Visit Albufeira’s old town, Villamoura’s marina or the historic town of Silves to name but a few.

Golf Information:

Portugal -Europe's premier golf area with over 30 golf courses & more under construction. The purpose built golf resort of Vilamoura with lots of great courses is approx 20 mins drive away. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted at Penina, Vila Sol and São Lourenzo, all of which are included in the list of top European championship courses. Sunny playing conditions & immaculately manicured fairways & greens are the norm in the Algarve. Salgados is the nearest course to the villa & is a compact course situated behind a long stretch of dune-backed beach. It plays very much like a Scottish links course, except the sun shines more often here. There are a lot of testing lakes, & most of the holes are near water hazards, so bring along lots of balls. In fact the proximity of the sea and the variety of lakes make this a very interesting test of golfing skills, different to other courses in the Algarve. The 6000 metre links are not very long, yet you will need all your skills to reach the greens. The accuracy of the drive is crucial for achieving good scores, making the course a pleasant experience, especially for technically skilled players. The 18 holes are well balanced, as each half of the course has two Par 5 holes of around 500 mtrs & two Par 3 holes of more than 170 mtrs. Par for the course is 72. Just 15mins drive is Balaia golf village with a testing 9 hole par 3 course, driving range, putting & chipping greens. Ideal for sharpening up your game!
