Excellent 4 bedroom villa with private pool, near beach and golf courses

This is our own spacious traditional Portuguese family villa with private pool. There is a very spacious lounge and dining area with leather couches, satellite TV, glass dining table and hi-fi system. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace area where the large swimming pool (30x20ft) can be found with patio furniture and sun beds. The kitchen is fully-fitted with full cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and table and chairs for casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen door is a BBQ area which also leads to the pool. The ground floor also offers a second lounge area which doubles as a bedroom and has a leather bedside. There is also a full bathroom on the ground level which makes it ideal for elderly people. Up the traditional Portuguese spiral staircase the other three bedrooms can be found. Two double bedrooms one with master en-suite (which both lead onto large terrace area) and one twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Laundry room consists of washing machine and tumble dryer

Notes to the rental rates

• The rental price is per week not per person. The price includes bedlinen, bath and hand towels and maid service once a week. The bedlinen and towels will be changed at this time. The villa must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure in order for us to clean for incoming guests. Check-in is available from 3pm , but may be earlier if possible. We need a non refundable 20% deposit to secure your booking and full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to your departure. While we want you to enjoy yourself we ask that you please respect our property. A security deposit of £250 will be required, this will be returned to you after final inspection. Travel arrangements

There are a lot of cheap and reliable airlines that fly to Faro. We can also give you details on a very reasonable and reliable car rental company. Alternatively we can arrange for an airport pick-up and drop-off for up to 8 people.

Golf Information

The Algarve has become one of Europe's premier golfing locations. There are currently 25 golf courses along the 100 miles of coastline with more under construction. A selection of these courses are within 10-15 minutes drive including the purpose built golf resort Villamoura.

Information Pack

In the Villa we have provided an information pack with local restaurants, bars and shops. We have also given some of our recommendations on where to go. We have spent a lot of time in the area and can provide lots of information - just ask!
