This charming villa stands on its own extensive landscaped gardens, close to Quinta do Lago and within easy reach of the shops and restaurants at Bougainvillea Plaza and Quinta Shopping. Attractively furnished throughout, the accommodation comprises as follows. Spacious lounge/dining are and fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen. Patio doors lead from the lounge to open out onto the covered terrace and on to the large garden, BBQ and pool area. The terrace that surrounds the pool is part shaded and the barbecue area is covered. The gardens are surrounded by mature shrubs for total privacy and is totally walled with Automatic entrance gate. Also on this level is a large Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, Guest bathroom, Laundry room and access to a basement, which is used for storage. There is also a garage with automatic gates and parking facilities.
